The staff is friendly and reasonably priced and get your car repaired in a timely manor.

Had to have 1 of my tires replaced. First place, cant get those, but we can sell you 4 matching tires. Second place, we can get it $350 installed. Then a colleague recommended Car One Tire in Hoffman Estates. They replaced it for $189 total and provided great service as well. This is the place to go, great service and pricing, highly recommend.

I called around and they offered the best prices for some new tires. They also checked out an issue with my car for free and didnt even charge me for it. Frank was terrific to work with. I will come here for all my car needs and will post more updates in the future.

When they make a mistake, they own up to it.I took my car here to get some bulbs replaced, but they replaced it with the wrong bulbs which caused a slew of electrical problems with my car. I had to take it to a different shop to trouble shoot the electrical problem because this place doesnt do electrical on old cars, but as it turns out, it was just the wrong bulbs.Good thing they had me on their computer which saved me the hassle of having to find the receipt and or debit card history. They refunded me 100% for something that was their fault, and they did it without being difficult.

Came to this place based on the recommendation of my Wifes friend.We could have sworn we were in for a new set of Rear Brakes. I went there for a flat tire. They checked out the tire extensively and refilled it but could find a leak. I think they checked it out twice. I tried to pay them for what they did but they would not take anything for it. I went back later for an oil change. Incredible price and work was great. Hard to fine honest people who do good work but Car One Tire & Auto is exactly that. I will continue going there for and highly recommend them.

In November I had a full brake job done on all four wheels of my truck. They got me in and out quickly.In December I thought I had another brake-issue on the same vehicle. I called Car-One up and they got me in the next day. They did a full tear down and inspection along with several test drives looking for a problem. All of it was covered under their work-quality guarantee. Thats fantastic service!They even gave me a lift home after dropping off the vehicle.This is a fantastic shop and everyone is incredibly friendly. I will definitely be taking my vehicles back here for any future maintenance/repair work.

Honest and great work.

My tire was in pretty bad shape and I decided to get all 4 replaced. Answered quickly and provided a tow at a reasonable rate, switched all my tires and handled the maintenance as well. To top it all they dropped my car off at no additional cost. I would recommend them to anyone in the area. Fast, friendly, and affordable.

Ive never written a review before. But with these folks, I MUST!My Hummer H2 broke down in Juneau County, Wisconsin (on a Friday night). Someone there managed to put it in drive for me and I set off on returning to Hoffman Estates - knowing that I couldnt take it out of drive myself.I randomly called Car-One Tire & Auto and Dave took my call. He immediately made me feel at-ease and said that they could fix it on Monday when they could get the parts.When I arrived, I called Dave and he came out with a mechanic to greet me. They helped me put the truck in reverse to park... then put it in parking gear. While getting my truck checked-in, Dave noticed that the battery on my vehicle remote was going dead and he even changed it!By 11am on Monday, they had it fixed. Already? Hey, go ahead and change the oil for me while youve got it!There could be no one more focused on treating customers better than Dave here at Car-One Tire & Auto. Dave is fantastic and his team does great work and the prices were very reasonable.Theyre so good that Im actually thinking of breaking something just so I can go back and give them more business! At the very least, Ill buy my tires there. But for so long as Im in the area, Im going back here when I need vehicle service. I recommend that you do too... you wont be disappointed.

Car one was recommended to me by coworkers and friends who take their cars for service and repairs to car one. I took my 2006 Dodge charger for repairs on my front driverside suspension and Frank called to inform me about the problem and told me how much parts and labor would be, pricing was extremely fair and was really pleased with the repair that was done. For now on I will take my vehicles for service and repairs and recommend friends and family to Frank at car one thats how pleased I am with their service, thanks frank for the excellent work.

For all those that read my review on this automotive repair place. I deleted what I said. Not because it was not true at the time. But it actually Turned out to be the alternator. Just so you know, what I posted was true at the time. we did have it tested. The car kept getting louder and louder. We went on a trip and the alternator finally gave up. but in my case it was the alternator at the right amp 14 throughout the whole time. Had it checked quite a few different time. didn’t see the radiator leaking but…… I am being fair and redid my review

Frank and Dave are the nicest car service folks I have ever seen - while most car service places try to take advantage of the situation or your lack of knowledge with autos these guys are really honest, courteous and never once did any service or recommend something that is not needed. Their prices are fair and I have never felt like I have been overcharged. Ever since I have started going there which is about two years now, I havent taken my cars anywhere else. Even though they are always busy, they will accommodate you as best as they can.
