Joelle is truly the most incredible realtor. She helped me both buy and then sell, several years later, an investment property in Jersey City. During this time I got to know her very well. She is incredibly hardworking, responsive, reliable and super knowledgeable about the market, not to mention funny and super smart. She made improvements to the apartment including having it painted, buying and hiring a contractor to install a new bathroom vanity, several overhead lights and window dressings. She then hired a stager who furnished it with contemporary furniture which made the apartment look chic and sold it very quickly for me at a terrific price, so that the expenses in prepping it were covered and it sold for way above market.Joelle is the best!
