We requested a tour for a duplex in Cliffside Park through an online listing website, and within minutes we received a phone call from Kim herself. Our tour was promptly scheduled for the following evening. Kim met us at the property on time, and was knowledgable of the premises themselves and the owners of the property. She was happy to answer any and all questions we had. The tour was a pleasant experience, and Kim could tell that we were very interested in filling out an application. The next day, she sent us the application by email. She made sure to follow up with phone calls and explain what would happen next.
