Heres an updated honest review:The work performed was excellent and eliminates the pests, completely. The only reason that I have not given a 5 of 5 rating is because of the pushiness of the sales agent/agents wanting to eliminate pests that may or may not exist.

They never returned my calls. Last year, I paid $395 for a 630 square foot 1/1 condo extermination for mice. They were referred by a fellow condo owner who mentioned they offered a one year warranty. I should have checked YELP before I wasted my money because I just saw now that they had across the board one star ratings for the same complaints as mine.
