Cant speak highly enough of this company! I called in a panic early Saturday morning in great hopes that they are open during these unprecedented times. To my luck, they were. I had a million questions, which Lena took her time and patiently answered. I scheduled an in home appointment for the same day. Lena arrived to our place in NJ, checked and treated our family. The products she used were natural and had a very pleasant smell, unlike the toxic over the counter products we have used before (with no success). Lice was the last thing we could anticipate during this time.. so glad that we were able to get professional help from this lovely company.

I discovered head lice on my child on Thanksgiving, hours before hosting a dinner for 32 people. I was in absolute horror and wasnt sure where to start, especially being so time restricted. First, I thought I would cancel the dinner. Last thing I wanted to do was risk our extended family getting lice. Would have been a major let down. My husband found Lice Free Noggins online and to our luck, we were able to schedule an appointment immediately. A lice expert was in our Jersey City apartment within half hour. We had the pleasure of working with Lice Free Noggins last week. After trying desperately to comb out all nits from my tearful daughters hair, I gave up and called the pros. Lena came out to our home in Jersey City and made the process so wonderful! My daughter did not flinch once. At one point, Kimmy mentioned that she felt like she is in a salon, getting her hair styled. The pricing was very fair compared to other companies. I cannot say enough about our positive experience with Lena. I was horrified to discover my 3yo’s (and my) first infestation, and I was beside myself. LFN came highly recommended, and I appreciated the 24/7 access: I reached Lena right away, and she confirmed our next appointment. The fact they do house calls is amazing and beyond convenient. We were all itchy messes, and I was about to throw away or burn everything in the house. Lena’s comb-out and visit was professional, thorough and informative, and she took the time to explain the stages and what to look for, etc. I knew we were in good hands. Getting lice sucks a little less with talented professionals like Lena available to help tackle an infestation (Outbreak? Whatever). I recommend without hesitation.

I was horrified when I discovered head lice in my daughters hair. I did an over the counter treatment on myself and my daughter, but a week later she had lice again, so frustrating!
