Fantastic front desk staff. The rest of the Regus team has been unresponsive. Most tenants complain about billing issues. Sales team is very aggressive, billing and support have been non responsive. We’ve been asking for help for 3 weeks. No responses. This meets the definition of a scam by most. Proceed with caution. >> UPDATE 9/28/21
Absolute SCAM. I canceled my virtual office subscription prior to its renewal date and they auto enrolled me in a full year subscription anyway. Now I’m stuck disputing an additional charge. If you are a small business DO NOT work with Regus. They will use their corporate power to push you around and extract every last cent they can from you. I read all of the negative reviews but I thought that only using them for a mailing address would be harmless. Wow, was I wrong.Good luck to anyone working with Regus.
**ATTENTION*** DO NOT UTILIZE THIS SERVICE. Melissa Viggiano is the area sales manager that handled my contract for Regus Hoboken. She assured me that it would be month-to-month since I told her I do not know where I will be relocating to. She informed me I just have to give 30 days notice. She stated that in the contract it will say 6-months but not to worry about that, she said it was just a formality for how they write their contracts or something to that effect. I have been trying to cancel my membership for 3 months now and she is flat out refusing and telling me that if I cant prove that she said month-month- I still have to pay the full fee. Her and Regus are stealing from me. The office is pretty much empty in the lobby and common spaces but I also have to be harassed by Regus staff trying to force me to wear a mask when absolutley 0 people are around, its 90 degrees outside, the stte doesnt mandate it....this is by definition oppression. I bet if Regus was here in the 60s they would have also said Blck People cannot enter the building just as they are now saying people without masks cannot enter the office that they pay for. This is a disgusting company. I do have actual proof that I was promised a month-month and Melissa is also telling me that if I do not provide her that, that she will not honor the deal she made with me. I will instead send that proof to my attorney and also fight against the oppression and stupidity supported by Regus. And all I wanted to do was cancel my membership..... Bottom line, THESE PEOPLE WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY AND THEN TRY TO FORCE YOU TO DO THINGS AGAINST YOUR WILL.
SCAM SCAM THIS PLACE IS A LEGIT SCAM: Regus and thier sales team have ignored every email. They hustled me into a 6 month contract, and are refusing to cancel my membership and Ive been giving notice for 3 MONTHS!!! They reply to these reviews with visit the help center Well I have multiple times. NO ONE HAS CONTACTED< NO ONE RESPONDS _ THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY!!!! DO NOT EVER GIVE A PENNY TO THIS CORRUPT ORGANIZATION!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I needed a Hoboken address for a Google my Business listing. I signed up and after 2 days found out that Google does not recognize Regus facilities as a business address. I called to terminate and Regus is trying to lock my into a 1 year agreement. 2DAYS!!!! There are other options for virtual offices and I would highly suggest you seek them out.
He security was tough to get by and took my coworker a long time to make it up the elevator. Visited this location for a day office. The facility is big, open with new furniture and trendy design. The office itself was very small and windowless. The water cooler talk here consisted of many men discussing their large weekend spending due to being single. Not the typical work talk I hear at the Manhattan location. We came for the day and might come back but the overall professional vibe wasn’t the same as we were used to. Maybe due to a younger work environment here.
DO NOT TRUST REGUS!! They are chronic liars. They cant help themselves. I looked at a Regus in Jersey City and walked out immediately because nothing was available despite them claiming units were available (with photos). I called the Hoboken Regus asked them to please send photos of the actual unit. Despite my plea, they sent me beautiful photos of a unit with mountains in the background. Hoboken has no mountains. Regus lies over and over and just cant help themselves. That is how they roll.
I have been waiting for my deposit on the office that was rented for my firm. The office was returned in excellent condition. Despite reassurances that my deposit will be returned, I am being ignored. Months have passed. Do NOT rent here unless you can afford to have your money tied up for an indefinite amount of time!
Excellent location. Beautiful view. Good environment
I thought this was a very good space. I was a guest of a member and the common table was quiet but friendly. Good wifi and free coffee.
Lets do a full teardown on this. I wanted a refund two days after purchase, with no usage after high pressure sales tactics but they cant do that so heres the honest review most people wont take the time out to write.First, the building is very nice. Before I had my own business I visited the Jet office which is in the same building and the space was modern and high quality. Unfortunately the Regus location wasnt. If you think youre going to get views, youre not, the front half of the floor is blocked off for another purpose.I was looking for an office and for $1,350 you can get a box with no windows. The desks are literal trash and they had moderately better ones in their individual desk zone but I was told it is not possible to get one of those desks for the office. By the way, to spare you the sales pitch, those individual desks which are small and practically place you on top of other people run ~$550. Some quick searching online will show you far better options for cheaper on both fronts not even throwing WeWork into the mix. There is no *buzz* of an office, no perks or community inspiring areas. Just a tiny area with a coffee maker, a fridge and two long tables to eat on. If you want to co-work its far weaker than any of the local alternatives and if you want a small cramped room without a window and a weak desk then just move into your bedroom closet. If you schedule a booking expect uncomfortable high-pressure sales and a brief walk-through. I got cornered into signing a ~$200/month co-working fee with a $112 signup fee. Because everything with a signup fee is legit, right? After reflecting on the space and everything that it wasnt (but wished it was), I asked for a refund. I had not used the space once.I called up and got the typical we can cancel your plan but we cant refund you nonsense. Escalated to the manager Jorge Bustamante who was polite but couldnt quite explain to me why they felt it important to keep my money for zero provided value. So, here we are, an honest review to hopefully save you time and money so at least my $300 wasnt for naught. Its really a shame. And, now I have to call my bank and contest the charge, after sitting on hold for ~30 minutes. You know its a good business when they need to keep small amounts of money under false pretenses over trying to create something people actually want to pay for.
Great location with beautiful views. Clean, well designed and functional space.
After signing contract and paying, I booked available space, got written confirmation and booked clients, but now they tell me they can’t garantee availability. This is not only unproffesional and stressful, but is causing me to loose money and it should be illegal! Don’t get the part time offices, it’s not worthed, pay full time or cubicle.
Great 550,000 square feet of office space where Otis Duffy is the Broker of Record for Centum Real Estate Group.
Good location
