HBC is a great building! Management is really helpful and on top of anything we need. Building is clean and theres a great cafe on the first floor. The building has great conference rooms. The owner is also very present and cares about the building and takes care of it. Parking is easy and theres lots of it. Great place!

Hoboken Business Center is a great building to grow your business. Office suites of all sizes to meet your needs. Management is friendly and helpful. Building is clean and well managed. Parking available. The office space is a great value for the area. Also a great coffee shop in the building. They have everything you need so you can focus on your business instead of managing property! Would highly recommend!

Though I have only been at Hoboken Business Center for just a short time, I have noticed the managements continued efforts to improve the aesthetics of the building and ensure a quality working environment for its tenants. Their back office is highly attentive towards and work to resolve any issues, large or small, quickly and pleasantly.

Weve been in the building since 2004 and have seen many changes over the years. Most recently, a modern face lift to the hallways and rest rooms. JDA has always been responsive to the few issues that weve experienced in the building. We love the maintenance staff also, always so helpful and courteous.K. McNamaraDRM Partners

To be upfront, I am not a tenant and I cant comment on that. It sounds like they do a great job with their long-term clients. I am only reviewing in respect to an outside company paying for the one-off use of their Executive Meeting Rooms.Helpful tips for first-time visitors:Dont worry, youre in the right place if youre at their listed address. The actual entrance you want is around the corner, through the parking lot.At the time that we went, there was no check-in process. Make sure to ask David what your room number is ahead of time, so you can head directly to the room you reserved. If you need to leave the room unattended, there is no lock, so you will want to keep your belongings on you.Technology-wise, there is a wireless projector available. In order to use the projector though, you must use Chromecast. That should work for most scenarios, but in case you require otherwise, currently there is no other option to connect (directly with cables is not an option yet). Youll also want to bring your own speakers if you need sound for any presentations.Refreshment-wise, there is a convenient, small cafe in the lobby. I do recommend bringing your own food/drink though, as the cafe hours can be limited and there is no vending machine or water fountains available if theyre closed.Other than that, the space was very clean, beautiful, and modern. Chairs were comfortable. Very large conference table. It was also private and quiet - we couldnt hear a peep from any other visitors/tenants. Bathrooms were impressive as well. We also appreciated the Nest technology to make the room more comfortable.

Building was clean but only 1 elevator and it ran slow and parking was a bit of a problem but other than that building was very clean and staff was nice to me at management office.
