Very unprofessional we signed up for the online 24-hour and then the office was not open until way later. We had paid extra for a furniture dolly and then they told us they did not have one at that location we had to go to the Crown point location only to find out that that location was not open that day. Simply terrible terrible customer service. Then we couldnt even get a discount or anything to make up for the inconvenience that they cost us. I would not recommend doing business with this location I would find any other location possible.

The lady that work their idk her name but she always have a really great attitude. I rented here twice and bothering times she has been s great deal of service. I highly recommend even the guys from the dealership next to them even speak and greet you like one of their customers. My only issue is you could never reach them by phone it make a weird noise when you call so maybe the number on the internet is incorrect but other then that. They good people

Amazing experience. Helped me find a truck when I was stranded. Drove me 15 minutes down the road to get that truck. Extremely friendly. Would recommend to anyone who wants real customer service. -max

I wouldve given them a good rating for the uhaul. Got one at the last second they let me keep it an extra day. Then come to find out they are making fraudulent charges on my debit card for Adidas. Bunch of losers!

DO NOT GO HERE! Very unprofessional workers. They did not have the truck that I had reserved, therefore making my one big haul into multiple trips. I was mislead by the gasometer, supposedly returning the truck with the amount of gas you received the truck is NOT GOOD ENOUGH FOR THEM!! You actually have to put in MORE than what you got to start with. I was charged $67 for the truck, great, maybe I would be reimbursed for the milage that was not used! NOPE, WRONG I was charged an extra $43 for not even an 1/8 of gas. TELL ME HOW THAT MAKE SENSE! I do not think that I necessarily have anything against U-Haul in general, but at this location? You betcha. A rental went from $65 to a downright scam of $110. Not cool.
