My first appointment they don’t take you at your actual appointment time because of the amount of people they scheduled i guess waited about 30-45 minutes before I got called back wasn’t that big of a deal so whatever. I needed a extraction on my tooth done that he was very aware I was pregnant at the time, he took my insurance which is pregnancy Medicaid.... waited for Medicaid to approve it for about 3 weeks got approved then scheduled my appointment. I couldn’t get it done til a month later that is their soonest which is cool. I wait the month for my appointment for them to not even call me more than 24 hour notice of my appointment that the dentist Rodger Myers didn’t feel comfortable working on me quote the lady on the phone said “when you get on regular Medicaid you can come back when your not pregnant” I kept asking if there’s someone above her I could talk to or if I could talk to him directly because I didn’t understand why all of the sudden he didn’t want to take me in and perform the surgery. Me being pregnant isn’t a issue because my OB and another dentist told me there’s no risks as long as you don’t take anesthesia with doing a tooth extraction for pregnant women especially while their in their 2nd trimester is the best time, which is what I’m in. I have no clue why all of the sudden he didn’t want to take me and the excuse was my insurance WHICH APPROVED IT... and me being pregnant isn’t a excuse and if it was he should talk to the patient directly then having the front desk ladies who get smart/have attitudes when your frustrated. This tooth has cause me on going pain and I been so patient just to be get told they can’t take me calling at 3pm in the afternoon when my appointment was the next morning at 9am. The lady said there was no one higher I could talk to and he couldn’t take phone calls because he’s so busy. Just very disappointed and a waste of 2/3 months. Now I have to sit with this tooth because by the time I go to someone new get my insurance to accept it and schedule the surgery I’ll be giving birth.

Had my first appointment today. The doctor was very informative and the girls were very kind. I was even able to get my surgery scheduled right away. My friend recommended me here, and she was definitely right! Best place around :)

I cannot praise Dr. Myers and his dedicated staff enough! They are friendly, attentive and extremely caring people. The office is very busy but they treat everyone with the utmost courtesy, respect, care and attention to detail. If you have a dental issue - you want them to fix it. You are in the best of hands! Waited 4 hours PAST the appointment time, pulled his wisdom teeth in UNDER 10 minutes (not sure how safe that can be) bled through 15 pads of gauze before the bleeding finally slowed down (3 hours after). I really wish fort Stewart had throughly done their research before sending my husband there. They didn’t even fill out his sick sheet correctly and now Is expected at PT Monday morning since they didn’t give him a profile.

I would like to start out by saying Dr. Myers and his staff were exceptionally kind and supportive of our Aspergers’ son.Dr. Myers was thorough with the exam and explain the procedure needed in detail.The front office staff made a confirmation call the day before the surgery.On the day of my sons surgery, Lisa came out and shared with my husband and me the estimated time it would take and assured us he was in great hands.Our son did beautifully and I can not say enough about the experience! No wait time and grateful for that!I do not know all the staff names, but I asked our Lord to put the right people in place to take care of our son and He did!Thank you!

Fabulous! Everyone is incredible and so nice there. Both of my sons have had their wisdom teeth removed here and could not have asked for a better experience.

11 oclock appointment still waiting at 1:40. This happened at the consultation as well, I waited nearly 6 hours. When I asked when they thought I would be seen they completely ignored me. I wouldnt have even given them a 1 star but needed to leave a review. I highly recommend another oral surgeon.

I hesitate to write this because I do not like negativity. However, I wish Id checked all of Dr. Myers reviews prior to agreeing for our dentist to refer my son for his wisdom teeth extraction.Our initial consultation went well. It was 3 weeks ago. Dr Myers and staff were pleasant and prompt. We left expecting to receive a call the next week after Dr. Myers consulted with our orthodontist and dentist.We are now 3 weeks out and I have yet to have even ONE productive phone call with any of the office staff. Ive called at least twice a week. They did not send requests to our dentist or orthodontist even though they assured me that they had. They blamed their delay on the dentist and orthodontist. Ive been told to call back Friday multiple times. We still have no appointment for surgery.I honestly tried to give this office the benefit of the doubt and not be hasty to change oral surgeons. However, the vast absence of accountability makes me much too concerned to allow them to operate on my son.I DO NOT recommend this office to anyone. At this point, I have requested a copy of my sons x-rays and have made an appt elsewhere. I now have to pay for the new consultation out of pocket because I wasted our allowed visit at Dr. Myers office.

Great staff and more waiting time.

Came to office the first time for an appointment for my daughter. Supposedly they where back logged due to emergency surgery earlier that day. They did not even bother to call and cancel or see of the appointment time could be changed. WE SAT IN A BUSY WAITING ROOM FOR 2 HOURS before the receptionist mentioned that they where back logged. Scheduled another appointment and called ahead the same day as appointment. I asked the receptionist of there was any delays and she stated there was no delays. Waited 20 minutes in the waiting room before being called back this visit. By far the worst staff and bad service. Save yourself the hassle and find another doctor.

Doctor is very knowledgeable and fast. He had to correct 2 procedures that another dentist messed up. Im grateful for him.

This place deserves 0 stars. Apparently there was an issue with appointment scheduling. I called because I hadnt received an appointment confirmation courtesy call. Turns out they forgot to schedule me. So I was told to come in at 4 instead of 3:30. When I arrived there was a lobby full of people. After waiting 45 minutes I asked others how long they had been there. Some had been there since 2:45. I witnessed a handful of people speak to the receptionist concerning the wait, and many of them left. At 5:15 I too went to the desk, considering those who had been there longer than I still had yet to be seen, and asked for my consent forms because I would not be receiving service from them after all.Jessica, (dyed-red hair) was immediately combative. She said it ( my consent forms) was their property and she was not going to return it to me. After going back and forth that it was my right to retain the billing and personal information I provided considering I would not be receiving service from them, Finally she said fine Ill just make a copy. I told her I did not want her to do that and she did it anyway after ripping one sheet off and handing it to me. I read to her, where it stated in their policy that I have a right to rescind consent at anytime and that she was in direct violation of their policy. She then told me I provided all of the information over the phone which is totally bogus, not only that but it would be a HIPPA violation to do so. At that point she walked away. I waited for maybe 3-5 minutes before another lady brought me my paperwork as well as those copied. I headed for the parking lot but then noticed Jessica had removed another sheet. The most important. The insurance billing form. So I returned and said I needed that information because I should not be billed for a service that wasnt rendered. Full of attitude she responded and said look I gave you all of your paperwork and then again stated I provided the information over the phone, in a condescending tone while pointing to her temple as if to say Im stupid. At that point I told her she was totally unprofessional and she was not about to insult my intelligence while also lying and claiming I provided personal information over the phone. She stormed off and yelled to someone who was not visible to me, Shes back again! A moment later, a lady with brown hair and glasses informed me that the Dentist had deleted my charts from the file, whilst also showing me a note shed prepared for him to do so.She apologized for the delay, I thanked her and left. I wish I could comment on the service from the actual dentist but I cannot. This was a referral service from Coastal Dental at Fort Stewart. Unfortunately, Jessica along with the scheduling issues, will prevent me from ever returning to this business. I can only hope other people who left that day, plan to review this office as well. I also hope that the doctors there, will conduct a professional conduct/ethics workshop with his front of house employees. Jessica was beyond unprofessional. It was embarrassing for her to raise her voice and cause a scene, especially when it was evident she was not complying with the law or the policy of the office who employed her.

I have had now 3 horrible experiences with this place1- came to my daughters appt at the scheduled 330 they still had people waiting since their 11am appt time. We waited for an hour and a half and they decided to cancel because it was so backed up.2- came to my daughters appt waited 2 hours before getting called back.3- my daughters surgery scheduled for 8am. It is now 0830 and no one is here and the doors are locked....Horrible place of service absolutely horrible.

Would not have even given 1 star,but had to jusy to put my review of this doctor. He cheated me out of $2000. Did not send a claim for a procedure to my dental insurance makin me pay out of pocket for the whole procedure. Did xrays of frontal view, but was treating me for my jaw? And to top it off,i have waited over 3 months to get a copy if my records from his office. I am still waiting, and he just keeps giving me the run around. Just wasted money and got no where with help for my jaw from him.
