I had a wonderful ride with Bill from the Savannah airport to Montage Palmetto Bluff. Normally I like silence in my booked car rides, but Bill was so personable, so friendly, so knowledgeable about the area, he was a delight to chat with.

I used Frank with Diamond Transportation and went above and beyond! He arrived early to my house, and was friendly, helpful, and great to chat with. I had a little procedure done, and he picked me up on time and even brought me a coffee because he knew I had not had one yet! I highly recommend this company and will use them again! And I’ll ask for Frank!

Spectacular service is an understatement. We had an early AM flight out of Hilton Head with a VIP client of ours and the Diamond team came through in a pinch. Professional, Courteous, at a fair price. Definitely our Go To when we are in the Hilton Head area!

I Personally Never Heard About Diamond Transportation, So therefore My Caregiver Susan McLeod And I Had A Wonderful Experience,However The Driver Was Professional And Courageous.The Return Home Showed Such Compassionate Care, Safety First With Her.The Female Driver Seem To Understand People With Disabilities And SpecialNeeds.The Biggest Problem They Are Over 200 Miles From Sumter,Soth Carolina.

We had a group of six from our organization coming in for a conference on Hilton Head. We needed transportation from Savannah to the conference site.And that is where we met our Diamond driver, Frank. Frank was waiting for us when we arrived and was an absolute pleasure to be with. This was our first time going to South Carolina and Frank made the hour’s drive interesting and entertaining. He pointed out various areas of interest, answered questions and offered helpful tips. When we arrived at our resort, we told Frank we hoped he’d be our driver when it was time for us to return home (all while doubting there’d be any chance of that with scheduling). Sure enough, the day came to return home and standing outside the lobby to greet us was Frank! He made sure he was on the schedule for our return to the airport. Now THAT is service. I’ve taken many a taxi, Uber and other services but never have I had a driver that felt more like a good friend than a perfect stranger. I not only recommend Diamond Transportation, but when you call, ask for Frank. You’ll understand why once he gets you where you need to be.

Outstanding customer service! After my flight arrived 2 hrs late at the Savannah airport I found out the staff at DT had been keeping track of my flight status and had a driver on site waiting. He was friendly and pleasant. And the transportation was a brand new Suburban that was in terrific shape. When I got out of the car at my house I must have dropped my cell phone on the back seat and did not realize it until after he had left. It tookme a few minutes to contact him. He said no problem, happily turned around and came back to return my phone, AND the driver refused the extra tip I offered.Outstanding Customer Service!!!Thank you.

This is the second summer we have worked with Diamond. My wife and I rented a home for a week on Hilton Head Island for us and the kids and grandkids; Our NYC children needed transportation from the Savannah Airport to Palmetto Dunes. The Diamond Transportation staff was prompt, courteous, easy to work with, and very reasonably priced. The rides to and from the airport were handled efficiently and the Diamond reservation staff answered all of our questions. No need to look elsewhere for low country travel. We were delighted with the experience.SMF

April 23rd Update-Diamond Director of ops called next am, admitted their screw up plain and simple. Jeff Corning was very apologetic. He explained what happened and owned up to NO EXCUSE for it taking place.In order to make it up he offered a free return trip to airport for my daughter and guest yesterday. Then he also refunded the Uber cost to them for the ride in and was willing to swing by and bring it to us immediately.Have to say - as mad as I was - they did a good job in their handling of the situation. You wouldnt get that from an UBER screw up - heck you wouldnt even get an answer!So overall, Id say if you have a late night arrival be safe and double check to reconfirm and eliminate the screw up potential. As we all know sometimes in business things do screw up! Im a big believer in how people handle the screw up is being a key factor. Diamond was honest, apologetic and addressed it head on without excuses. They made an honest and sincere effort to makie it up as best as they could.In grand scheme of life guess thats good enough for me. I try to keep things in perspective - its a car service and not heart surgery here .They did a great job on the return travels, excellent vehicle and driver!I would use them for car service requirements next time in town. I moved it from 1 star to 3 based on their professionalism but cant give em a 4 or 5 for the aggravation i dealt with from 1 to 330 am the night of arrival.See you next time!----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------A parents nightmare delivered courtesy of Diamond Transportation at 1am in the morning....Sitting here at the breakfast bar in the condo. Just hung up with my daughter who I prepaid and arranged to have picked up a in “black car service - private driver pick up” for from Savannah airport. The flight came in after midnight and I wanted to assure all was set for easy travels.The promise from Diamond.Diamond was great on phone. Got my confirmed reservation via email, paid. All set checked flight info, date time all is right...rest assured my daughter will be transported safe and sound. Go to bed at 1130 pm flight arrives 1221 am on Sat the 21st. See everyone in the am for breakfast.Now the nightmare reality from Diamond.My phone rings 5 of 1 in the morning, NO DRIVER, NO ANSWER AT OFFICE, NO ANSWER ON the supposed “EMERGENCY “ line. Leave messages on Emergency line for JORDAN by both her and then from me. ..So here I sit at 1:47 am without so much as a callback or response.At 1 am called the audible for her to grab an UBER - they were there in less tha 5 minutes at 45 percent less. I’m so torqued no way I’m sleeping now til she gets here.I try to support the local guy, I will spend some extra money to get excellent service. Neither of which was received nor rewarded here. All I got in return was the aggravation and heartache I was trying to prevent in the first place.....so sad.Looking forward to hearing what they have to say tomorrow. Right now if I could give negative stars I would. I will tell you how they handle it when done....For now GO UBER not these guys...

We were so grateful to be able to use Diamond Transportation on our wedding day. The driver was professional and warm. She did a great job getting us there at just the right time. The van was clean, spacious, and professional.
