Im from out of town and needed to ship something today, I get to the location and theres a posted note that due to staff shortage theyre closing at 530 this week. You should probably update your hours online to notify potential customers. Glad it wasnt anything that HAD to be sent by today.

This store is amazing...... helpful, competent, knowledgeable and friendly staff.....a credit to UPS and to the wonderful spirit of Hilton Head Island.

We have been in this store multiple times now for notary services and package shipping. The gentleman handling the notary transaction was extremely friendly so the process was simple and painless. Weve also dropped off several ups items for pickup and are always offered tracking receipts, which are much appreciated. Feel very fortunate to have these services here on the island. Will continue to use this store in the future.

This is my experience with owner of this store John George, who is unfortunately also incompetent public notary. He let us make copy of our legal document in his store and he was going to notarize it. (This is nomal procedure which every UPS does). He crossed the header of this official document and changed the name of the county and state of the Superior Court for which the verification was intended !!! When I politely objected, he rudely replied that he can’t do it any other way, which was ridiculous, he was just not willing to do it, took the document and put in the thrash. He told me to go somewhere else. What a service ! Avoid this store!!!

Will receive boxes for vistors at only $5. Can print boarding passes and will wrap and ship all the stuff you bought on vacation. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and swift service. Notaries too.
