I needed a new set of speciality tires for my 2017 Santa Fe before an extended road trip. Scott got them ordered and installed on the date promised making our trip smooth and safe.

The service here is excellent. Unfortunately my issue was a transmission issue along with an air compressor so my car was not worth fixing. I would still highly recommend H&H Auto Service. My husband used them when he first got here on the island and had excellent service as well.

Best car repair shop on Hilton Head, no question. My husband took our minivan here on Saturday morning to fix an issue on the bottom of our car. Not only did they fit him in despite having a totally packed schedule, they were extremely nice and did not charge him for the repair. We were driving 5 hours the next day and would not have been able to make the drive without their help. We are so grateful for their help and kindness and for the fact that they were open on Saturday. THANK YOU! They are the only car repair shop we will ever use on Hilton Head.

Awesome service! Was able to get a new caliper put on since being in Hilton head for my birthday. Thankfully they got us taken care of over the weekend so we could make a safe trip home .

The bottom line with H&H Auto is theyre always courteous, polite, and honest. I know that when I get work done there I dont need to have it verified by anyone else. If there are any issues with the service they take it right back in, no questions asked. I used H&H Auto a number of years ago and then switched to a place closer to home. I switched back to H&H because I was concerned about quality and attrition at the front desk at other shops. I switched back a couple of years ago after buying a late model used BMW and immediately wondered why I ever left! Will and Scott tell it to you straight and their mechanics are clearly well trained and knowledgeable. I highly recommend H&H Auto.

I had some slight slippage in transmission. H &H drained, flushed, refilled transmission. Plus some stabilizer . Just completed 700 mile trip with perfect results. Very reasonable charge.

As always H&H Auto gets 5 Stars. Got us in quickly, did our recommended service and also fixed our AC. They are always Prompt, Professional and easy on the bank account! Will continue to use them as long as they are around!

Will, Schott and my contacts at H&H Auto are the most accommodating and professional auto repair shop, ( barring auto dealership service centers), I have ever dealt with. They have worked on my X3 BMW, as well as my vintage restored 1967 Corvette.They have always given me their full attention when I am trying to understand mechanical issues I am attempting to resolve and have always resolved them. I was a tourist from Canada. I came in with seized rear brakes that were smoking. It was New Years Eve and I knew they were closed the next day but I thought Id leave the car there to be looked at when they reopened and rent a car from Enterprise until then. I was told they were fully booked for days and I should call a tow truck to take it somewhere else. I did not feel welcome. I felt dismissed. The lady after me was received very well and they took her car in and were very patient with her. Happy ending as I took my car to Island Auto and they took it in and repaired it. Im only writing this as I went there because I read a good review so I wanted to be fair with potential customers and advise them to call first in case H and H are too busy to accept customers.

Jan and I came to the Island 19 years ago and had my classic (now) 95 E320 convertible serviced after driving from San Francisco...still using H & H today and recommending them to anyone that asks me...and having been the head of an Island HOA for 15 years...many asked. Two things in particular keep me coming back..1st, they know what theyre doing (considering the special problems of a 26 year old car) but 2nd, I have absolutely no hesitation of telling them do whatever is necessary...if its a $10 fix or $500 I know its necessary and the least expensive possible.

I have a Lexus with 213k miles on it. Car had its Check AWD System warning lights going. Running really poorly. H&H found evidence of rodent damage......rat or squirrel had chewed wiring. They found the issue and fixed only what was necessary. Nothing extra needed. Will go here forever.

Another great experience. Had a long-term issue with my Mustang running/idling rough that had been driving me nuts for a year. Had tried many things suggested by others to resolve the problem with no luck. H&H quickly diagnosed the problem as a malfunctioning plug/coil and took care of the problem, as well as going above and beyond by cleaning the throttle body and MAF sensor.They replaced my front brakes, rotors and windshield wipers, and were also able to diagnose the front end clunk and recommend the needed repair - all in the space of less than a day for a very reasonable price. I am SO thankful to finally have my car running (and stopping) the way it should again. I cant recommend Scott Mallon and his staff enough. Its priceless to find a repair shop you can trust. Thank you!!!

This auto repair facility is #1 my estimation. Ive tried 4 other shops on HHI and Bluffton and none can compare to H&H Auto. They are true professionals, treat the customer with total respect, are willing to listen to your issues and follow-up after the vehicle is repaired to make sure that you are happy with the results. Plus, they are ASE technician certified.

WOW . . . These guys went above and beyond for us. My father-in-law and I were visiting Hilton Head Island. He is from Texas and VERY nervous about whether his vehicle was going to return home without trouble.So we decided to have H & H check the car out. Here is the best part: It was about 2PM on Friday afternoon. These guys totally got the scene and told us to bring the vehicle in right away.By 5:30PM . . . the vehicle was totally fixed !!!This shop experience was one of the best I ever had. Vacationed for a week in Hilton Head, Check transmission light came on 3 days into the trip, called H&H, they took the car in immediately, diagnosed the issue (not a new transmission thank goodness) got the part and repaired it all in 24 hours. I noticed some unusual tire wear on my 68 Firebird and it had been hard to handle on the road. I took it to Scott at H&H for an alignment & tire rotation. I give 5 stars to how wonderful of a job they did on my car, but 2 stars for their customer service. I called this morning so that I can get my car serviced before I go on a road trip & the man that I spoke to on the phone was very rude. Theyre shop is booked up until tomorrow and as the man on the phone put it, thats too bad for you isnt it. I reacted calmly and still dont understand why I received an attitude from someone whose supposed to help customers. I never had problems with their customer service till now. Theyre snooty!
