My review rating is not for the the property of 38 Kingston Cove, rather than for the management company that manages the property...Upon returning home(June 23rd) I immediately realized had left a couple of personal items in the vanity and I tried multiple times to make contact with someone at the Island Management Company, leaving multiple messages on their answering machine throughout the next week (June 25-30). I additionally left a message on their website but again, they did not respond. I felt if they would have been able to check on my things in a timely manner before the next visitors left, they would have been able to determine the whereabouts of my items. Finally, on the Monday (July 1st) after the visitors, who came in after us left, I received a call telling me they did not find my items in lost and found. But that Lisa was on vacation and she would be back on July 11th and she would call me back on July 12th once she spoke with Lisa. My issue is with ther lack of curtesy in responding to my multiple messages.My rating for the property would be a ***
