Absolutely the best barber I have had since I moved to the island in 1994!!! Steve is the best and a great guy.

I really loved my haircut I received while I was in Hilton Head. The owner was very friendly, talkative and was really passionate about his profession.

Good guy to get a haircut from and his knowledge of barber shop history is great he cut my hair and I showed him a picture of what I wanted he said okay and hooked it up very versatile

Here on vacation and needed a haircut. Searching for local barbers and came across Str8 Edge, Steve was from Canton where I call home so I trusted his work. Walked right in at open, sat down and had great conversation from the start. Shop was clean and very sanitary (during Covid-19). Haircut turned out to be exactly what I needed and looks great.If you are local and not using this shop you are missing out. If you are from out of town and need a haircut then head over and you will not be disappointed. Very professional, clean and easy atmosphere with an owner who obviously takes pride in his shop and work.Thank you

Not bad for a white Barber....went there for a trim cause I had Dads funeral to attend the same day and the barber was very friendly and professional. The shop was also very clean and I liked that. Whenever I am in South Carolina then this barber shop will be my stop

I went to this shop a couple of years ago and got a great haircut. I went back today and got another great haircut. Steve is a terrific barber and now that I will be coming to HHI more frequently, I intend to make a visit to Steve for a haircut one of things I do when I come to the island. Steves shop has an easy, comfortable feel, friendly conversation and reminds me of the shop I went to growing up. Always tough to find a great barber, very happy to have one here on HHI.9/9/2020 updateI first started going to see Steve 2 years ago when visiting Hilton Head Island and always got a great haircut whenever I went. I moved to the Island in February and have gone back twice now that the Covid restrictions on barbers has been lifted; Steve gives me a great haircut at a very reasonable price. Steves shop is clean, I like the old school set up and its always good to talk to Steve.I highly recommend Steves shop.
