I called several times to American Insurance, and they were very sarcastic and they hanged up on me 3x. The lady who attended me, was very rude. She should not be working for American Insurance.

The worst customer service I ever experienced. seacoast cancelled my property insurance with no notification they were going to do so. I didnt receive any form of correspondence from seacoast or my broker. I tried to contact seacoast via telephone and got no response. Then by email and I received a automatic response with a incident number. In my opinion seacoast should have contacted me before cancelling my policy and i would have gladly provided them with all the photos they wanted. i hope seacoast and I can do business in a professional manner. I also blame my broker. I want to know why wasnt I contacted prior to cancellation, and who is responsible. I am going to contact the Florida Insurance commission this morning to file a complaint.
