Im a firm believer when someone does a great job you tell the world. I had to have a name change so I dropped off my information. I called for a client and Angela got what I needed in record time.

Worst experience ever. They sent me a letter postmarked 2 days AFTER my homeowners insurance expired saying it had expired. I had to contact them if I wanted re-write a policy. In the meantime there would be no coverage. This is insurance agent malpractice. Fortunately, my mortgage company gave me a heads up a week ahead of time that the insurance was about to expire. When I realized Carolina Heritage had not done its job, I shopped elsewhere and save over a thousand dollars with another agent and company!
