As a medical professional I have high expectations when it comes to spas. This review is way overdue. I have to admit that I hesitated at first not knowing what to expect, but this place has exceeded my standards. First of all, the place was super clean. It was obvious right from the beginning that the staff really prioritizes cleanliness of the facility. This is really important for me, especially during these uncertain times that we all are living in.Making the appointment was super easyI booked my facial online. I came at the scheduled time, they are located on the second floor of that new business plaza on E Kawili Street. My esthetician, Grace greeted me at the door, and invited me in. She made me feel welcome right from the start. The treatment room was very well equipped. I could tell that they have the high end equipment,My facial started with double cleansing, and my esthetician was very thorough. Then we moved to the Hydrafacial MD part of the treatment and I could feel how the machine is sucking the gunk straight out of my face. We also did dermaplaning and I couldnt believe how different my face felt after she was done. We finished off with LED light therapy.After the treatment my esthetician recommended a couple products for my routine, and I ended up buying a cleanser and the masque by Skinceuticals, I just love that brand. I will definitely be back.

I have never been to a spa before so I didnt know what to expect. Tunga made sure I understood every step of my treatment and checked in frequently to assess my comfort. I loved every minute of my visit and I keep doing a double take when I look at my reflection. Is that really me?

Just got my Lomi Lomi massage at the Honolulu Spa & Wellness Hilo and it was amazing. My massage therapist Brandon really knew what he was doing. Just after one massage I can definitely feel an improvement with all the knots and kinks in my muscles. Located in the new Kawili Business Plaza, they have a private parking lot. The place is spotless clean, which for me was supper important. My massage therapist was wearing the mask the whole time. I really liked the fact that they had a bathroom on the premises, and I was able to wash my hands before starting. Overall my massage experience was really good. The blue light and soft music created a really calm and relaxing atmosphere. I will definitely be back.

I always have a great experience here. Nalani is friendly and professional and most importantly my skin is always glowing when I walk out! The new more private location made this recent facial even more enjoyable.

My experience was amazing - definitely 5 star. I felt very pampered and very special thanks to Tungavidya’s compassionate and healing energy. I had an awesome full body massage and a facial and came away feeling rejuvenated with glowing skin. I’ll definitely be booking with her again. This place is located inside the Big Island Physical Therapy. Very easy to find, right across the street from the court. When you first enter it doesnt look like your typical spa, you have to walk through a large room where they do physical therapy. The actual treatment room is surprisingly well equipped with the Hydrafacial MD machine. I loved that treatment! It did a deep cleansing of my skin, and left it glowing. My esthetician was very nice, and very professional. I will definitely go there next time I am visiting Hawaii!

I had my first ever facial here and I was very impressed. My aesthetician really took care of me. She was very easy to talk to. The place is located inside the Big Island Physical Therapy. A bit hard to find you have to know that it is inside a building there is no sign outside. But once youre inside a building the nice lady at the front desk showed me where it is. The treatment room is small but very nicely equipped. They have the Hydrafacial MD machine. My skin improved after just one treatment. I will definitely come back again.

I brought my 14 yr old grandaughter to the spa to get some help with her skin. Amy was outstanding! She even gave her tips on skincare and my grandaughters skin looks so much better now.

A facial like no other! Received my very first HydraFacial with the lovely Grace, who instantly made me feel comfortable & at ease from start to finish throughout the treatment. The treatment began with a relaxing face wash, complete with a mini massage & a warm lemongrass towel wrap. Grace throughly explained each step of the facial & how it benefits your skin. I am utterly impressed with the end results! Having sensitive skin, I’ve received a facial or two in the past that left my face red & splotchy. That definitely wasn’t the case here! I left the treatment room feeling glowy & refreshed, & much to my delight & surprise, sans redness & irritation!Hours later, my skin still feels the smoothest it’s ever been. At the end of the treatment, you get to see the tube of impurities that the machine extracted from your skin — disturbing yet oh so satisfying. A facial that leaves my skin feeling unbelievably smooth, renewed, & performed by a knowledgeable professional has earned my approval.
