I shipped my beloved 2017 Outback from NY to Germany with CFR Rinkens. The car arrived in good shape and I had really good communication from CFR through the entire process. Both drop off and pick up went very smoothly.They only lose a star for two things: the time estimate was nearly a month off, and they didnt give me an idea about the fees (not theirs, granted) Id be charged on the other end. Even though it was not subject to import tax as my proven POV, the other fees doubled the cost of shipping my car. I still would have shipped it (I love my car) but would have been good to know.Overall, I would definitely use this company again.

I used CFR Rinkens to ship my personal vehicle from US to Europe and i was very impressed with their responsiveness and customer service, not to mention the great price point!! I was able to track my container throughput the journey which gave me peace of mind and the CFR team were always very quick to respond to my emails. Never use CFR Rinkens!Their main competency is shipping cars, and if something is damaged on your car they simply stop answering emails. That’s really unprofessional.I even paid for a additional all inclusive insurance, but they just aren’t answering.So never ship your car with CFR Rinkens.

My first time doing any international exporting of cars Everyone at CFR was very responsive and spelled out all the steps very clearly. The storage facility in Los Angeles is well run and very secure. By the looks of it they can handle everything from a boat to a motorcycle to a race car to a beater to a gullwing Mercedes. Janin and Joey were both particularly thoughtful and took great care of this transaction. I was shipping 4 cars for an overseas buyer and would not hesitate to do this again with CFR.

Nigel Wilkilson is extraordinary, he is not only knowledgeable he is also patient.Im just a private person, I have no business and he helped me to relocate to Europe in Jan 2021 with a 40 ft HC container.Unfortunately I had to return (unespected medical reasons) and he is helping me at the moment (May 2021) to move back to USA. Luckily that I purchased the container...Due to this pandemic everything is harder to achieve and he is helping me still.I really apreciate him.Also, Irena K is helping me, she was the one to advice me how to prepare for the container loading schedule and for the paperwork needed.This is a very stressful task (loading all your belongings in a container) yet was posible because of Nigel and Irina.Now I hope that I can have everithing back (the customs of the destination country dont want to release the container for the retur) and if is happening is going to be because of them.

This company has done nothing but ruin my cross country transportation experience. My first and LAST time using this company period and i will greatly encourage people interested in a similar service, to go elsewhere. First of all none of their workers do the job they are paid to do. Scratched up my black 2010 subaru legacy as well as stealing the money i had tied to the sun visors inside the car above the front seats. As the driver who dropped my car off was respectable, he too did not do his job in reporting (on paper) the damages that i had clearly pointed out to him in person as soon as he dropped it off. With that being said, the claims department goes off the drop off drivers statement whether or not they will reach back out to fulfill a claim. With the driver (Brian) not taking note of this and his lack of knowledge and experience on the job, i am receiving the ass end of this situation and have gotten no positive help from anyone of the few people i have spoken to over the phone. I hope anyone in a similar situation as me can take the time to do research before they go and spend $1,000 with such a company like this. If i could, id be giving them ZERO STARS. Thanks for nothing what so ever CFR....
