This place deserves five stars hands down !!! My mother was selling her wedding dress online. The person she was selling it to already offered to pay my mom $100 for shipping (not even knowing where the dress was coming from ).. this ‘woman’ then explained to my mom she needed to download CASH AP. After messages back and forth this person told my mom the money would be in her CASH AP account AFTER my mom sent her the tracking info (dress was already mailed out to this persons name with the address to Dolphin Express.) My mom had sent her the tracking info and this ‘woman’ kept asking her if she received the money .. my mom said no . My mom and the ‘woman’ then received an email from ‘CASH AP’ saying my mom needed an extra amount of money from the ‘woman’ deposited into my mom’s CASH AP account in order to upgrade her account. So then it showed from the email that the woman deposited double of what the dress was selling for ; however it wasn’t actually in my mom’s account. The email was sent to my mom and the woman saying my mom had to refund the woman the total amount ‘deposited’ in order for my mom to receive the original selling amount for the dress. My mom was telling me about this whole conversation and I told her she has been scammed as the SAME EXACT conversation happened to me when I was selling my wedding dress . Only I was using what I thought was PayPal . I was able to google address and find out it was Dolphin Express. I spoke to this woman Patty who was extremely helpful and we were able to get my moms dress back before it was shipped overseas . My message to all out there is to not ship anything out unless you are 100 percent sure that money is in your account!!!! I hope this helps save someone else from being scammed ! I wanted to take my bed frame and headboard and they wrapped it with shrink wrap to make sure that it wont get damaged. They gave me a list of the boxes that they loaded in the truck. I was involved in a craigslist scam, (was selling my MacBook) and I drove to Dolphin express after I realized I was being scammed.The team here was extremely professional & helpful in assisting me to find my package. DOLPHIN EXPRESS HAD NO INVOLVEMENT IN THE SCAM.Unfortunately I could tell they get lots of calls about this (had a fraud center and number). I was fortunate enough to come at a time where my laptop was not yet shipped out to the destination country and they promptly flagged the fake account as fraudulent.It was explained to me that these scammers (usually from Nigeria) set up US mailing addresses at this facility in order to scam people by claiming they will send funds via PayPal (that will never clear) and then ship from Dolphin to the destination country.If you’re involved in a scam, make sure to contact Dolphin. Give them the Suite number, name, tracking info, any info you have and their fraud center will do their best to find your package.Thanks Dolphin!

Just letting people know that the scams that people are attempting have nothing to do with this company. They are a business who ships and forwards mail from customers. They cant help it if someone uses their services illegally. All they can do is cancel a customers account which they have done in the past week for me and working on getting my package back to me from a potential scammer trying to purchase an item from me and not paying my paypal. Just call them or e-mail them if you have been scammed into thinking this was your buyers address. deal with people locally when selling something. or get paid first and then send it

I put an item up on letgo and got a response from Jakes James letting me know he was interested and wanted to use moneygram to send me money. I was told to ship it here and then I received a scam email from walmats moneygram saying that I had the funds there to pick up, I went to Walmart to find out it was a scam email and there was no money transferred to me. I did receive a reference number to pick my money up, but what I received via SMS text message was a receipt with a reference number on it, except the whole receipt was photoshopped and my reference number was blurred out. I havent heard back about my package I hope its not lost waiting for the email response from customer service.
