This company has unstable connection, terrible (or no) customer service, and over charge. They have no care for the customers and provide a pathetic connection for the insane prices they charge. The service frequently drops and they do little to nothing to help. This company is a joke dont even think about buying it.

By far the best ISP I have ever dealt with. Near rock solid connection at promised speeds, and the occasional hiccup is fixed within minutes to hours with a simple email to support.

99.99% of the time, their service works really well. Speeds pretty much conform to what theyve promised. On the rare occasion when something goes wrong (and this is the real world, so things do occasionally happen), Coho is very responsive and helpful. I really like working with these guys.

Ive been with Whiz to Coho for over a year now since I have no other (non-satellite) Internet choices. Im a IT technician and work from home occasionally. For radio Internet, Im very satisfied with the service. There were initially some times where I was experiencing random connectivity issues though it seems like they have fixed those and my family uses Netflix and XBox live at the same time without much problem. Id recommend these guys for my general location.

If i could gove this service zero stars then i would. we have experienced major crashes in internet causing it to be down 50% of the time. we have been on the search for a company that actually PROVIDES INTERNET. not whatever this “service” is. i am disgusted in this company’s carelessness for their product.

Excellent service and faster speeds than expected for rural locations. The speed can be slow and in bad weather can go out.

First of all we have had their internet for about a year now. Sometimes the internet will work alright but Id say about 70% of the time the internet is extremely slow. I often get issues with no communication with the DNS servers and what not on multiple computers. It seems my family do not get this same issue, however- we definitely notice when the internet frequently gets extremely slow or stops working completely. If youre looking for a reliable internet, I wouldnt go with this ISP. If you watch streams, play any video games that require a stable connection this isnt the internet for you. For just browsing its alright but dont expect fast speeds or stability.

Internet service is terrible. Connection keeps dropping out outside of their open hours. Leaves me with no internet and 0 way to have it fixed.
