I had Jayne! She was amazing and it was my first time ever doing anything with my lashes and the lift and tint was beyond amazing and created such a difference I feel beautiful and ready to bat my lashes at everything and one. JAYNE is such a perfectionist and made everything so peaceful and fantastic I definitely am telling the world about this experience and will be back in 6-8 weeks I cant thank her enough for this ❤️

Jayne did my lash lift and tint and was very knowledgeable and they look great! She gave me options on curl style and color of tint which I liked. Embody Health and Wellness also has massage, facials, products, and more, it has a nice spa feel to it. Jayne is very sweet, I had a really nice time with great lash results!

I have been to several massage places around Columbus and this is my favorite. They are able to personalize your experience, never do a hard sell on a membership (like some places that make you feel super uncomfortable for declining) and are always respectful and pleasant. I have had all treatments with Sharon and I really enjoy her - she is super nice, passionate about what she does and alters her approach based on what you want from the massage (pressure amount, music, heat, talking/silence, etc.). They also helped me arrange some massages for a friend going through some tough times and Sharon personally made a note so that she would take her as her client and avoid certain triggering conversation topics. Was so much more comfortable having them take care of my friend and give her some time and space to just restore than a larger chain. Forever grateful to Sharon for how she did that!

Kari was awesome! I got The Hot Stone Massage she made sure I was comfortable and she was also very friendly. I left feeling rejuvenated. Purchased a candle on the way out... and it smells amazing. I will definitely be back!

First experience wasn’t the best, but they completely made up for it with a free make-up appointment:I’ve been dealing with sciatica, but thought it was just lower back pain. I called and they got me in that same day, with their awesome first time discount. While the massage itself was nice, the employee simply didn’t focus on the areas I repeatedly told her needed attention, which was the whole reason I wanted a massage. After letting Embody know that I enjoyed the massage but that it wasn’t what I was looking for, they scheduled me in another appointment, for free, and the owner, Sharon, really intensely focused on my issue and helped me realize it was sciatica.It was so wonderful I went back with Sharon a second time. She was very nice and easy to work with, and didn’t pressure me into more appointments. Although my first experience wasn’t the best, they really made up for it and helped me out a lot.Though small, Embody is professional and comfortable. I will be back when I can!

I just went the other day for my first time. I felt so welcome from the moment I walked in. I had the best massage from Chelsea and I have been to many other places. I have found my new place for massage and may even try some yoga again. I highly recommend them!

I have found this place via groupon recently. Initially i didnt have much expectations as I had bad experiences during my prior massage visit through groupon.. and the person named Chelsea changed all my previous experiences.. she knows what she s doing and if we just let her know our pain points, she definitely has remedies for it. Deep tissue she did on my spinal, shoulder is commendable.. my pain has definitely reduced and i feel refreshed. Definitely ill go back again!! Thank u chelsea for the professionalism in massaging.

From beginning to end the experience at embody is amazing. I have had the pleasure of having multiple services at the salon and everyone is wonderful. I have brought my mother, my best friend, and my little sister all into the salon because I love it so much! Sharon the licensed massage therapist is beyond amazing she has done wonders for myself and my mom. Steven the licensed nail technician is amazing and their products are the best I have ever experienced. I found embody last year and they officially have a lifelong customer with me! Wow- I am so happy I found this gem of a place! I just left and recieved a massage from Sharon. She is very welcoming and an excellent massage therapist! I normally dont talk during massages, but she made me feel very relaxed and I enjoyed our conversations. She knew all my problem areas without me having to tell her!
