Called them at 3:15 about picking up a 15’ truck the same day. Told them I would arrive at 3:45 to get it. The lady on the phone said this was okay and since I would arrive shortly she wouldn’t bother making a reservation for me.I arrived on time but there was a line. We finally get seen at 4:05 and both lady’s said it’s past 4 and they’re closed. I told them I called and I arrived on time, there was just a line outside.. additionally, THEY said I didn’t need a reservation. Apparently they were in a hurry to leave, they gave me a number to call and said they would handle it and get me a truck... instead of doing it themselves like they should’ve.This is no way to do business. Currently on my way to another U-Haul dealer who doesn’t treat their customers like garbage.Enjoy your evening off ladies! :)

I got over charged for mileages and gas use and nobody answered my call for several times.

I rented a U-Haul here for the first time. I thought the lady was helpful over the phone but quickly found she wasnt when I arrived. I picked up the van and brought it back to watching the lady that rented to me running to her as I parked the van,at that point I had no clue of what to do with the keys or how to check the van in as returned. I came to find a box that said to return the keys inside the box after hours but then felt uncomfortable with my card remaining open and possibly being charged more with no confirmation that it was returned. I called this morning to confirm that there would be no extra charges and this lady Stacie was extremely rude,defensive and short with me,she even yelled over me to rudely answer my questions. I will NOT RETURN!

DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION. The worst customer service. Imagine, the lady at the office hung up on me when I called to ask about the charges on my account and everytime we called back, she would hang up or send it to the fax machine. Unbelievable. Theyre thieves, too. They charged us an extra $25 for not folding the pads which they never indicated needed to be returned folded. Were filing a claim with uHaul now, disputing it through the BBB and submitting a complaint to the Consumer Financial Protection Agency. They need to be taught a lesson on how to not hang up on a customer when theyre disputing a transaction.

I called at 12:22pm to check availability of a 10ft truck and was told they were already closed (website says they are open until 6pm) and then she hung up on me. Unbelievable! Maybe you shouldnt answer the phone if you are CLOSED. I have never been treated that way by a place that is supposed to be in CUSTOMER SERVICE! Im giving one star only because you cant give zero.

It’s a U-Haul. You pay, you haul, they profit. Very helpful when moving, will never use a passenger van again.

Overall not bad, but the staff also seem to be running an ebay shop out of the same business. When walking into the building it is easy to get overwhelmed with the amount of stuff. The staff is super helpful and they had the truck that I needed.

We always rent from here and lady is very nice. Highly recommend

Uhaul is not there primary business. That is why 3 stars. But they were friendly and got me checked in and on my way.

DO NOT USE THIS PLACE, unless you are desperate. The place is a joke and the e-bay lady running it has ZERO interest in making sure you are taken care of.

Best place in Hilliard and close to Dublin.Stacy is very helpful and knowledgeable.

Worst experience ever!!! DO NOT RENT TRUCKS FROM HERE!! Tire flat, was an hour and a half late returning and what charged for another day. Lady at front desk was very disoriented and confused.

Not here during business hours to complete a drop off.
