Dr. Katherine Miller likes to play “God” with your mental health medication. This will be the second time she just put my refills on her “ who cares” list! To let someone go days without their much needed medication is just cruel

Never have I had to deal with a more incompetent group of nurses and therapists. They would completely forget to send refills for my medications every single month forcing me to go days without being properly medicated. Syntero is an embarrassment. Do not go here if you want quality mental health care. I’m gonna give Syntero a NOT GOOD out of 10

This place no called no showed on multiple occasions, took days to fill prescriptions that shouldnt have a break between doses, and failed to consistently schedule. They discharged my boyfriend for not scheduling therapy, but his therapist didnt show up to a couple appointments and the office never attempted to schedule. Its unethical. They lack competence for their jobs. Due to wait times, he now isnt going to receive care and is having to withdrawal with no psychiatric help or therapy with a history that includes hospitalization.

I LOVE THIS PLACE. VERY GOOD STAFF.HELPFUL POLITENESSREALLY MAKING A HUGE DIFFERENCE IN MY MENTAL HEALTH ISSUES.

Very good experience with therapist.But, boy... how old is that furniture and how much longer it can last is anybody’s best guess... consider the waiting are standing room only, folks. Wow.

The receptionist is extremely rude. Ive had an interaction with her a couple of times and she has been very short and condescending on every occasion. The therapists are okay, but dont seem well equipped to handle anything more than basic depression and anxiety. They seem overworked and have extremely limited availability. I missed an appointment and was never called to follow up or reschedule. As a result, I have began seeking care elsewhere. They are very affordable, but you seem to get what you pay for. I wouldnt recommend them at all.

Yeah... My opinion has changed drastically. I used to speak very highly of Syntero. Ive refereed family and friends in the past. Never again, they have a few bad apples that are spoiling the bunch. The lack of consistency is displeasing.

If I could give them negative stars, I would. I went in there on Friday for an appointment. My mistake was not having my insurance card. The receptionist said the appointment would cost $133. I asked that if I showed them my insurance card on Monday, when our companys HR representative returned, if I could get a refund. She said no. So as i was filling out my intake questions i was on the office with my insurance provider to get my individual ID. After awhile of getting bounced around by insurance i found an EAP card. They said that it would not help. The counselor came out and asked if my insurance was really the problem. I said it was and that she would reschedule me for Tuesday, today at 11AM. I called them today and she did not reschedule my appointment. Im really disappointed in this company and will never go back. Its apparent that they dont care about the people that come to see them. They only care about your money.

I have been waiting for 2 months to be seen. They seem to cancel on me day of meeting. Then reschedule two weeks out. They really have drop the ball
