Ill try to keep this short but could go on for paragraphs about my positive experience with Dr. B, Cory and Candy. Not only was I was 100% satisfied with the results I was blown away by the care level/professionalism all three displayed.Its tough to get excited to go to the Dentist (especially when you know youre getting your mouth numbed) but this group will have you walking into the office with a smile on your face.

I cannot say enough about the quality of service and care that I receive every time I visit Dr. Bernsdorfs office! Dr Bernsdorf and Cory make me feel at home every time that I am in. They are always so friendly and informative. I had called on Monday morning stating that I thought I had a loose tooth and Dr Bernsdorf told me to come in that day when able to do so. I went in late afternoon and learned that I needed to have my baby tooth removed because it was infected underneath. They knew that I was extremely nervous, scared and upset and comforted me through the process. Dr. Bernsdorf also gave me a couple hugs before I left and that helped tremendously!!! Dr Bernsdorf also opened up his schedule for me the next morning to get a bridge put in. He called me both nights a few hours after the procedure to see how I was doing and that meant the world to me!! I cannot thank him and Cory enough for all of their kindness and wonderful work. Definitely recommend them to everyone!!

Im a long-time patient of Dr. Bernsdorfs but had never received a same-day crown before. What a painless process it was. No waiting for the crown to come in, all done in the same visit. Thanks to Cory and Dr. Bernsdorf for a job well done!

If you want an extremely personal, knowledgeable, kind, attentive dentist who will provide you the best possible care and absolutely manage your pain, Dr. Bernsdorf is the dentist for you! I have a good deal of dental work in my mouth and went to Dr. Bernsdorfs office today for a second opinion on a tooth issue I was having. He spent a great deal of time reviewing xrays and pictures of my tooth with me, then offered different options for treatment. He was completely transparent and I felt empowered to make the best choice for myself personally. I ended up needing a crown... no small feat. He offered to do it RIGHT THEN and did! He asked me continually if my pain was well controlled during my procedure and adjusted as needed. By then end of my appointment I walked out so relieved and with my PERMANENT CROWN!!! Woo-hoo!!!!I also have to give mad props to Dr. Bernsdorfs hygienist Corey. She was also equally amazing.... very knowledgeable, extremely kind, relatable and patient. You can tell Dr. Bernsdorf completely trusts her and her expertise.This is a wonderful practice and I never want to go anywhere else for my dental care!

Dr. Bernsdorf and Cory were excellent. Did a 2 hour procedure on me and I could not be happier. They make.you feel like family and make the experience so much easier. They are the best.

Best decision to choose Dr. Bernsdorf. My prior dentist closed his practice and moved into another one. They were then out of network for me so I chose to shop for someone new. Im so glad I found Dr. Bernsdorf. His 5 star google reviews made the decision for me so Im now adding another one to his list.At my very first appointment, he was so welcoming and shook my hand as soon as I walked in the door. Cory was fabulous and did a fantastic job cleaning my teeth. Apparently my prior dentist had not been doing a good job and I needed some extra care which I greatly appreciated them telling me all this. They told me things I hadnt been hearing from prior dentists so I feel the care they provide is much more elevated than what I had been receiving over the years. I feel so confident that I will be staying with Dr. Bernsforf and his team for many years to come. They give you personalized attention and you can tell they love what they do, which is huge for being in this type of profession and industry. Keep up the great work. Where to start! I had been shopping around dentists and didnt like how I felt like a number to allot of these places instead of a person. This was not the case with Dr. Bernsdorf- he is the most caring, nice and funny person that happens to be a dentist! He has decades of experience under his belt and it really shows. So far Ive had a root canal and three wisdom teeth pulled and he made them a breeze, and thats saying allot because Im a big baby when it comes to pain. He even called me after hours to see how I was feeling! The staff is just as nice and knowledgeable as the doctor. I have found my dentist for life! I hope that anyone else who is in pain, unsure or just looking for a new dentist goes to this guy because he IS one of the best. Did I mention he takes allot of insurances because he wants to actually HELP people and will constantly tell you what he is doing and make sure you are in no pain whatsoever. I could go on how awesome this place is, would give it six stars but the max is 5.

Dr. Bernsdorf and Cory were outstanding as usual. Dr. B has always had a great touch with a needle, but this was my first needle with Cory and she is extremely gifted as well. The one-visit crown fits perfectly and without pain. You guys totally rock!

I have been a patient for 35 years. Dr B has always treated me well. He is a caring and compassionate doctor and person. Today, he replaced my smile with a same day bridge On my upper front teeth. I feel better about myself. The appointment was fast and PAINLESS (thanks to Cory). Highly recommended!

Doctor Bernsdorf, Cory, Melissa and Candy make such a great team. I have gone to this practice for over 10 years and only have positive things to say. Dr. Bernsdorf and Cory go out of their way to explain any medical procedure and really take the time to complete a thorough exam and cleaning. Melissa and Candy greet everyone with such a warm smile and are always so helpful with insurance, scheduling or general questions. I am confident with the services provided and clinical expertise of this practice. The office and exam rooms are always clean and they regularly incorporate new equipment into the services provided. Dr. Bernsdorf himself has always called me the same evening or next morning after any procedure to ensure everything went according to plan. I have and will continue to recommend this practice to my friends and family, I couldnt ask for a better experience when going to the dentist and I am very thankful that Hilliard has such a wonderful dentistry.

Dr. Mark Bernsdorf and his staff do an excellent job! They are extremely attentive, kind and professional. I always receive the best treatment and overall care. I recently needed a crown and they were able to see me immediately despite a full schedule. Dr. Bernsdorf also has a great sense of humor -- how often do you leave the leave the dentists office smiling and laughing?! I also cant say enough positive comments about Cory, Dr. Bernsdorfs dental hygienist and assistant. Cory is very knowledgeable, helpful and compassionate, and truly gets to know her patients. I had additional crown work performed and Dr Bernsdorf and his assistant Cory did a great job. I had no pain during the procedure or afterwards . I have been going to Dr Bernsdorf for about 20 years now and each time he and his staff do a great job . Every time i go I know I am being provided with professional courteousy and service .
