Iphone wasnt charging and John cleaned it for free and it worked great afterwards. Saved me from replacing the charging port. Highly recommend them.

I had a phone repaired here recently and the experience at We Fix It Phone Repair (inside of Batteries Plus Bulbs) was great.They were very helpful over the phone when I initially called and let me know that a part needed to be ordered since it wasnt a common repair. The part did take a little longer to come in than expected, but in the end it was taken care of quickly.The repair took less than an hour and saved me the hassle of trying to figure out how to replace the part myself. The phone looked great and I havent had any issues since the repair was completed.I will definitely take my phone in for future repairs should I need them.

Perfect! New battery installed in an aging phone. Why spend a grand on a new phone when the old one works perfectly? Just needed a new battery, I was in and out in less than 30 minutes and the phone looks and works exactly as it did when i took it in......except the battery is better now.

They had the screen replaced in one hour and also helped me replace my watch battery on the spot. Great customer service and quick turnaround! Friendly service from start to finish. Randy completed the screen replacement quicker than anticipated. Price was $20 cheaper than CPR and the hours are better. Definitely recommend this place to everyone.

Screen change seems to be OK however they broke the home button on the iPhone and are unable to fix it. The store said that they were providing a replacement phone as soon as one became available.I am not totally disappointed with the service the people on site were helpful they handled the problem very well and I Hope that the batteries plus phone replacement program is as considerate as your store people

Needed a new battery for my iPhone 6 and figured I would have to go to an Apple store across town and wait for an hour to even talk to someone. When I Googled iPhone batteries, Batteries Plus Bulbs came up. I was actually shocked that I didn’t have to go to an Apple store. My husband has gone to the local Batteries Plus for years to get odd sized batteries and bulbs so I read the reviews which were stellar. I’m adding to the accolades. I made an appointment online, got $10 off for doing that and got an appointment for the same day. I was a little early but I was helped immediately and was back in my car in 20 minutes! Phone works great and Colton at the Cemetery Road/Hilliard Store was extremely polite, professional and fast. I highly recommend this store for any battery or bulb needs.

I made an easy to do online appointment to have my S7 battery replaced and saved 10% by doing so. The replacement went well and I was back using the phone within the promised hour. They people are friendly and I will use them again.

Excellent - I was skeptical having my iPhone repaired by a non-Apple store. I watched the technician open it and explain the water damage. He dried it out and identified the damaged part, replaced and tested it. I know water damage can cause issues down the road but it’s working great today and the price was very reasonable.

I was having some issues with my phone. Went to them and they were pretty sure that my battery was the root cause. It was replaced in less time than I expected and were very professional and curtious.

Took them a week to fix but they were polite. Two days they forgot to contact me on the progress of my phone but when AJ saw he was very sincere about the whole situation and updated me on everything. They also gave me a discount for all of the troubles.

AJ is awesome! He has great knowledge and customer service skills. I would recommend this location.

Dropped off my Droid Turbo for a new screen install @ 11:50 am, said it would be about 2 hrs. received an email @ 12:38 pm saying it was finished! Excellent job!!

When checking in before repair I verified that the digitizer replacement for an iPad Air included a new home button as mine was not working and sunken. I explained this was one of the things i was most concerned about. Upon pick up I noted the home button was crooked and not travelling correctly when pressed. They said this was the best they could do as they didnt have a replacement currently. No other remedy was offered.

Everyone was very nice and helpful especially Netta. I took my phone in to be fixed when verizon said rhey couldnt fix it and said they quit making the Samsung Galaxy s7.An hour and a half later my phone was fixed. Without having to buy a new one. I didnt even know they fixed phones!Thanks to the hilliard branch. I will be coming back if I ever have a problem again.
