NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! I brought my daughter iPad here to be fixed and when I got it back the Home Screen button didn’t work properly and they refused to fix it so after paying to have a new screen put in it less than 2months ago while she was on it last night the whole screen broke again I called the company because when I use a different company for her sisters iPad we have had no issues and her was fixed 11 months ago this company doesn’t use quality products and expect you to keep paying because they did bad quality work on my daughter iPad also when I picked it up they tried to give me someone else iPad and not mine! Also my daughter iPad hasn’t been dropped and has been in a kid protective case this whole time! They will take your money not fix it properly and then tell you that you have to spend more money to fix it again!

I called on a Saturday afternoon to have an IPhone 6 screen repaired and the gentleman got me right in and had my phone fixed in 20 minutes. The prices were very fair so I added an otter box defender case and glass screen protector and was out the door for 76$. I highly recommend this business to anyone in need of repairs. I was so happy this was in Old Hilliard. They were able to fix a pesky screen on my Motorola. The service was excellent, and the work turnaround was only about an hour.

I am in town for Christmas and needed the front screen replaced on my iPhone 8. I googled iPhone repair in Hilliard and iGadget came up second on the list and I saw they had 4 stars for their review. I called to see what the price was approximately and the time frame. They said around $89 and about an hour so I said great I’ll be in tomorrow. My husband took it in and they said no problem, $89 and give us two hours. Everything worked fine on my phone when he dropped it off. He had to use the home button to unlock it for them to work on as his fingerprint was not in my phone. When he came back for it the home button no longer worked and they said it must have been like that when he came in. That was not true as they had to add the home assist button from settings after they messed it up. They said they could possibly fix it but it would be a few days and there was no guarantee. Like I said I’m from out of town so I said no thank- they offered to give me a used iPhone 7 but I said no. They gave me a case and apologized. So I took my phone to Apple (which I should have done in the first place) and they worked on it - at this point the only thing wrong with it was the home button not working. They could not fix it though because there were parts MISSING from the phone and now it’s not working at all. The only way parts could be missing is if iGadget took them! So now I’m without a phone at all. I do NOT recommend this place. Go to the apple store or original parts place. Lesson learned.

I would stay far away from this place we took my girlfriends phone in to fix the screen and shortly after we dropped it off he calls to tell us the charger port is broken. He tells us it’s 30$ to fix we took the phone back home and plugged it in and what do you know it charged right up. This place is a scam and a cheat avoid at all cost

This company broke my iPhone 6’s Home button while fixing the iPhone screen. The guy did not take any responsibility for it.I told the guy I just used the Home button and it’s fingerprint feature before dropping it off. Was told “that may be so, but it is broken and will cost $40 to fix it.” The worker thought it was funny.Would NEVER RECOMMEND anyone trusting them with their electronics.Wish I had read the reviews before going here. Looks like it has happened far too many times before.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. They put THE WRONG SCREEN ON MY PHONE AND LAUGHED ABOUT IT. Ever since, my screen has never been the same. It sometimes does not read my fingers, the keyboard is off when I touch it. Not happy with the experience and will not be going back. Highly recommend that no one goes there.

Awful!! took my 6s up to get my shattered screen fixed, worked fine for two days. i dropped it with a $35 screen protector on it and cracked along the bottom. a day later the bottom of the screen stopped working, we went back to see if they’ll fix it since they have a year warinty, when they saw it was cracked they refused to fix it for free and said that it was our fault for cracking the phone. the place makes the screen weak and crack easily even with a nice screen protector. after the bottom stopped working a couple of days later the home button stopped working, the fingerprint still did but not the actual button. then the fingerprint stopped working so the bottom of my phone was completely useless. after a while the screen popped up and i was forced to get a new phone because “it was to highly damaged to fix” i was at the place one last time to see if it was just the worker, but the whole place is rude. they’ll ruin your phone even more then it already is so i do not recommend i would give zero stars if i could.

I highly recommend this repair place! My daughters iPad screen needed repaired, I called many places and kept getting the run around and most places saying it would cost around $170 and it would take 4-5 days! Igaget has competitive pricing, told me it would be ready on Saturday (2 days) they called me today and said it was ready! Screen looks awesome! No complaints super easy process and completely painless plus didn’t break the bank! Deff the place to go! Thank you!

Bought a groupon to fix a iPhone 6 Plus screen.The fingerprint was working when I dropped it off. They fixed the screen but somehow messed up the fingerprint sensor. Doesnt work anymore. They messed this up big time and looks like I will have to get a new phone since apple wont touch it now. They also act as if they did nothing wrong. Last time I am using them.

HORRIBLE - DO NOT USE THEM - I took a phone and an iPad and they severely damaged my iPad. You can tell they pried the glass off and all four corners were damaged. They took no responsibility and refused to offer a discount or refund at all. I read other bad reviews and was skeptical but went ahead anyway because I had a Groupon. I wish I would have gone with my gut and avoided this place.

SCAM SCAM SCAM. Took a phone in to fix a non-screen issue. Sure, its fixed, but the screen is now broken and turning black due to them using a magnet. Called the business and they absolutely refused to take ownership. DO NOT GO HERE.
