I’ve been going for years and enjoy Jordan and his team. I never used to tip but for the past year and a half I do. Left $20 and a $30 Gift Card, and several $5-10 tips in the tip post near the dryers.I’ve asked 2-3 workers at the start of the wash to spray under my back window fin and they say “oh sure” and then don’t. Just want to rinse the dust out of it.So I tip $10 today just to be nice at the start of the wash.The service has declined IMO. They don’t dry under the wipers anymore. Today they did not do the center of my windshield and the back window was 1/3 wiped off. So I look in the mirror waiting for them to dry the back window. Guy stood with arms folded like he could care less he did not finish the job.Why tip? To be nice and throw some extra cash their way. Sometimes u tip because u got special service or someone went above and beyond.Unfortunately the service has declined and tips don’t matter. Almost like they do worse service now that I’ve been throwing some cash in the jar!Come on Jordan...help me want to continue to help your workers!

Wash ok but when towel dried my windows they left terrible dirty shreaks on my windows. Had to come home and redo the windows.

Was pleasantly surprised that the car got an initial spray down by hand and at the end the windows were wiped down by hand! Great service and a great job 👍

This car wash is very expensive $10 for a so so car wash and you have to pay for vacuum! I usually go to a car wash on Henderson Road, which washes better and has free vacuum for $8.00

Great place for a car wash. Friendly employees. Had to cancel the unlimited washes though. Pressure from the air dryer cracking my aftermarket spoiler.

I am a hilliard resident and have been bringing my vehicles through here for years because of the wash and vacuums. It has always been worth the money until @ year ago or so. The vacuums are now free but have yet to have one work correctly. Out of the 6 vacuums available, more than half do not have any suction at all. They probably just need emptied or something but unfortunately the staff has not been very responsive. I don’t know if it is under new ownership or what but service is just not the same. I’m not one to make a scene which is why I’ll just leave this review so others do not waste their time if they want to clean their car inside and out.

I have always had a positive experience here until recently. When I went through the car wash I left with a 4 inch screw in my tire from what I assume is the track that guides my tires. It was so big that I had to replace the tire.

A bit expensive compared to most car washes in the area and columbus in general. The towel dry was nice, but the rough bristles in the car wash can easily cause swirls/micro-scratches

Spoke to owner on the phone to set appointment for full service after care and he was very nice and helpful. When I got there I was taken care of by Jordan and he did an amazing job. Not only was I impressed how my car turned out but the way he treated me with respect and kindness was extraordinary. I will definitely go back and i do recommend this place to anyone. Price was reasonable even though for me was a long drive i will be doing it again. Thanks

Barely cleans and doesn’t hardly rinse off at all SO much soap was left on my truck. Pretty disappointing.

The car was washed in a matter of minutes and given all the salt/mud from our coast to coast road trip, the car got cleaned very well too!Was very surprised to find this place open for the winter, as all other car washes were closed. Its a good car wash experience.EXPENSIVE but good.They have people to wipe your windows and mirrors at the end that justifies the more expensive price than moo moo.In typical car wash fashion they have free vacuums and with the premium wash you get a couple extra goodies.Its really like a moo moo premium.Is it worth the extra couple bucks? Maybe. I just go there over moo moo because I have a Bradley card coupon for buy one get one, so it pays for itself.Without a discount however, Id probably go to moo moo.

My entire family has been using this car wash for years. Drive a half hour to use this wash and it is completely worth it. The only place in town that listens when you say extra on the wheels. The machines work great and having your vehicle wiped after the dryer is the absolute best. Never have an issue with water marks, ever.

Its an express car wash, what can one say? A machine washes your car, two men towel dry...sorta. If you want a better job, do it yourself. Free vacuum for customers just like Moo Moo.

I won’t take my car anywhere else. They know what they are doing. Don’t waste your money with anywhere else.

Brushless car wash. If you have a new or expensive car you want to go to a brushless car wash. Its open during the winter. The staff is helpful and courteous. The pricing is slightly experience but they have a coupon system, buy 5 you get 1 car wash free. This compensates for the high pricing. If you live in the area get the coupon.

Love love love this car wash! They actually get all of the brake dust and grime off of your wheels. Friendly staff and free vacuums. My pickup truck comes out looking great every time. They even have the hard working guys at the end of the wash line ready to wipe your vehicle down and dry it up before it leaves. I wish there were more of these around rather than the Moo-Moos or the GooGoos that don’t do nearly as good of a job and cost around the same as klean-a-kar.

Guys that work here are super nice and the cars always come out clean. If they miss a spot they let you go through again. Pricey but worth it

I was blown away with the full wash for $44 on my MKX. Such attention to detail!!! It’s like getting a professional detail service. Windows, vacuuming, wheel dressing, door jams, console detailing, dash board and the instrument panel,rear compartment cleaning etc.You gotta try this at least once if you’re fussy about your car!!!!!Fenton McCormack - Powell

Machine damaged my new 2015 truck and owner refusing to pay,his excuse is that i must have had the damage before i came in when i tried to ague that was false he quickly told me i have cameras.My response was please review your footage ill wait he said i dont have time for that. Even though one of his employees said they heard it happened he is still refusing to pay for the damages. Save yourself the headache Dont use this car wash

They no longer offer free vacuuming or the add ons that came with a wash here. $8 isnt bad for a wash, but just around the corner i can get the same wash for $7 vacuuming included so thats where i go now.

Wish there were a Klean-A-Kar in town but they do an amazing job.
