I was hoping it would be pretty good based on previous reviews but it wasnt as good as I hoped. The lighting in the garage was very poor and Im wondering if maybe thats why. After I got it in the sunlight I noticed a lot of missed spots. The headlights did turn out nice though. I do remember them telling me to bring it back if I see a problem but thats not convenient at all and Id hope there was more Attention to Detail to make it right the first time.

Second to none service. Incredibly accommodating of timing (and a reschedule) and an even more amazing finished product. My car looked and smelled like it was fresh off the lot. Will be using Attention to Detail Plus again in the future!

My wife and I were looking to get her car detailed so we could sell it. We were having a hard time finding a date around the holidays, but the owner stayed late to fit us in. He did a great job on the detailing and was fairly reasonably priced. I recommend

Jim is very nice and seems to really care about what you are trying to accomplish with your car. I thought I needed ozone run through mine and rather than just taking the extra money he suggested I see if the smell was gone with just the standard interior cleaning and pet hair removal. (which it was!) Car looked and smelled great afterwards too!

I had a Living Social half-off coupon. When I called to redeem it a few weeks before it expired all the appointments were booked into the next month, but the owner still honored it since I had tried to make the appointment. He did a fabulous job and went the extra mile without charging extra. This was an exterior detail/interior vacuum and dust, but he removed a carryout food stain on the seat that had been there for several months. I highly recommend this service...well worth the full price. I will be using them again in the future.

I had a wonderful experience with Attention to Detail and true to the name nothing was left undone. My vehicle looks like it just rolled off the assembly line. Definitely worth the price I paid and will be using again, coupon or not.

Someone puked in my car Friday night. Saturday morning i called around town and this place was the only one who squeezed me in on a Saturday. Everywhere else said only Monday through Friday? What???!! Attention to detail is the only place who understood the severity of my situation. No one wants to drive around in a car full of vomit. And James made my car look new again and destroy all foul smell. I will be back again and will definitely recommend it to family, friends and strangers.

Attention to detail is an outstanding Car detailing business. Even with a full workload he talks with each customer and makes sure they are pleased with the outcome. Its clear he takes pride in his work. We will be back.

Warning! Jim will take your car to the car wash. Then bring it back to his shop to hand buff it. If you like micro scratches, this is the place to go. He did not polish the chrome or headlights, clean out the door jams, wash the rocker panels, or even pop the hood. If you really value your cars finish, do not go here.

I wish there was an option for negative stars. I contracted Jim to detail and install XPEL on my brand new (900 miles) car. After multiple delays he contacted me that the car was ready to pick up. I picked up the car at 9:15pm and the car was out front in the dark. When looking over the car I noticed multiple XPEL installation issues. Those included bubbles, alignment, edges not rolled and knife cuts. I was not happy and asked him if this was his best work and he replied Yes. I demanded at first a partial refund and the money for the XPEL was returned to my credit card. After taking the car to another shop in town to fix Jims mistakes and after they removed the XPEL they noticed that Jim had cut the hood of the car with a knife in 7 places requiring the hood to repainted at a cost of $2782.00. I contacted Jim and requested the remaining amount I paid him be returned and that he pay for the damages he created. He agreed, but delayed sending a check for 2 weeks only to find out that it would not clear and that he was closing the business for good. I did end up getting partial cash payment from him, but he has not responded to any communication in the past week. BBB complaint filed. Hopefully this review will help someone if he decides to open another shop in the future.
