The young girl that did my feet barely scrubbed them and the polish is chipping so bad I went literally just about 2 weeks ago. I could tell she couldn’t do coffin nails either i feel like that’s why the older lady finished my nails. Definitely not worth the money. They didn’t get a new nail file so I’m sure they aren’t sterilizing tools in between clients.

Went for the first time almost a week ago and one of my nail are already trying to come off and the pedicure was done very lazily, I could’ve done it myself. The price is good but the service was not.

Ever since they sold to new owners a couple years ago, their service is not the same. Friendly and kind technicians but not worth the price. The place hasn’t been updated in 10 years almost, no plastic wrap on the foot tubs.. no waivers for COVID, just not worth the price. I made an appointment and sat there for 2 hours waiting and they still didn’t have the decency to rebook me or say sorry, “just wait until I’m done with this customer” .....orrr I can go down 0.1 miles down the street and pay $10 more to be taken ON TIME, with secure/safe measures, and get a free water or snack and prob a better nail color selection with free hot towels!! After 15 years of coming to this place on/off because it’s by my moms house, I’m done! Again, not worth the money.

Paided $60 for horrible service. Within a day my nail broke and Polish chip. Shape terrible and bumpy. First and last time.

Love this nail shop Lonnie is the best. The only thing is you have to get here as soon as they open cause it gets real ghetto real fast. But the people are nice and professional

They have great deals & do a good job BUT dont go on the weekend or youll be waiting 1.5 or 2hrs & theyll tell you the wait is only 45mins. They need more staff too. Theres no reason to have 8 people there & only 4 do nails. Everybody else is just standing around or only does brows 😒

Any type of polish u want, they have. Glow in dark, chrome, marble, old lady red, they have it all. Love this salon

Soo basically...my nails broke off within 5 days. I had to go back to get them redone...the owner Kevin got Didi to do my nails over free of charge which was great! (Im glad I didnt have to return to the original lady that did my nails at booth 11; my nails looked ok that day but they broke off too fast and the polish chipped).Long story short; Go to Didi ..she fixed my nails and they look great! When I return, I will go back to her!

The wait was really long, but overall, they did a good job. I will visit again, but get there when they open because the wait can be long.

The worest place ever ! My second time going back, both times extended wait, they pick and choose who they want to do first ! Just waited for one hour and 15 mint in the regular day ! Will never go back !

The service. Theres one girl who acts like she have an attitude about life or with me like i dont send my money all the time there. The dont say hello or have a nice day not even a thank you. Its not right that they can have so much bad customer service but do good nails. I also got my eyebrows burnt by one guy named john i dont think he has a license to do hair to.

Im experience was bad I came in to get my nails done and got sent to chair 11 never ever will I go back. I called to let them know that they were mess up meaning some were round and some were square. They were short and long they all cracked . I went back and all they did was tried to reach shape them . I paid over the amount. Customer service was really bad when you have to have a translate what you need to be done and its incorrect. So I had to wait to get my nails really done some where else bcuz my hands were sore and bleeding from the manicure that I got. Never go to chair 11

If I could give this place no stars I would. First of all I’ve been waiting all day. Putting customers before even though they just came in. On top of the that the man who did my nails rushed and act like he didn’t want to do them at all... He stopped to take a smoke and talk to other forgetting for doing my nail tried to argue me down and I said I’m not paying for this. And messed up my nails. And to top the icing, the worst customer service. I don’t recommend anyone to go there at all!!!!

Literally the worst and the manger Is the reason. The staff is unprofessional I came in for a pedicure had me waiting for over an hour allowed other to go before me and when I inquired they made excuses and when brought to the Manager attention she just looked at me and shrugged her shoulders they have no respect for customers which is why their clintile will forever be how it is and their business will never succeed in addition they can not do nails and they do not take their time with their work I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO NO ONE EVEN MY WORST ENEMY. The customer service is TERRIBLE I dont recommend anyone spend they hard earned money at VIP NAILS. The quality of product they use is a mess and cheap my nails chipped the day I got them done my feet didnt even last 2 weeks they dont do good pedicures everything with them is rushed the staff always has a big turn over & what staff they do have is RUDE the pedicure chairs dont work and the staff just wants you to spend money on products and try to fast talk you into spending money. The special they run is to expensive for the cheap cheesy unprofessional services they offer. Its Ratchet & Ghetto & is always packed fights break out at any minute. I dont suggest anybody spends money at this local unprofessional unorganized nail salon its only 1 drying station and its just a all around HOT MESS. DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT SUPPORT VIP NAILS !!!!!!

Horrible service... cut me twice and had me bleeding... horrible paint job look like my baby brother did it... some parts didnt have acrylic on them dont go there oh and they rush on your pedicures... not worth it! Horrible customer service... If I could give negative stars I would...lucky they got this one smh

Went to get me and my sister nails done here Saturday, the lady at the front never made eye contact with me she was looking down at something over the counter the whole time. I asked for was a fill in along with a nail repair and they gave me a run around of where to sit and who would do my nail. Once the lady came to do my nails you could tell she had an attitude. She reshaped my nails which was something i did not ask for, the repaired nail was crooked and uneven. As another lady did my little sister (2yrs old) nails, my sister hit her toe and messed the polish up, when i asked if someone could fix it they look forever and did a HORRIBLE job, so i told the lady who did my nails i wasn’t leaving until her toes were fixed neatly. She went to get the polish with an attitude and came back giving my TWO YEAR OLD sister a evil eye. To top it all off, soon as we got home from the salon my sister polish came off and my nails began to chip .. I HAVE GEL NAIL POLISH, everyone knows GEL IS NOT SUPPOSED TO CHIP. So I went back on Tuesday to get it fixed and when i asked to speak to their manager a staff member yelled at me across the shop and when i asked him if he could come up to me he told me to wait and got on his phone and never came. I’m sure that half the people working there aren’t even licensed to be doing nails. NEVER AGAIN WILL I EVER GO TO THIS PIECE OF S*** SALON. They need to get shut down!

They have really fallen off. I recently went there for a mani, pedi, and eyebrows which used to be $35 and is now $40. I got the gel nails and its only been a week and im so disappointed. I walked out of their feeling hustled out of my money. Not to mention the customer service is horrible. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

AWFUL EXPERIENCE & HORRENDOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE.The lady who did my pedicure cut me really bad then tried to hide the fact that I was bleeding. Then they tried to charge me an extra 5 dollars because I chose to get regular polish instead of gel for my fill-in. When I told the manager about my cut they only offered me 5 dollars off which means that I would have been paying the regular price ($40) for the special they offer because they were charging me $45 for regular polish. I told them I wasnt happy with that so we settled on $35 (just to keep my peace). The lady who did my nails messed up multiple times then when I asked her to fix it, had an attitude, raised her voice at me, etc. so I finally got fed up and said I just wanted my money back! I never cursed them out, disrespected them or anything & they called the police on me. I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!!!! EVERRRRRR! DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME

The deal is great!! but the staff needs training on customer service. Today 7/3/15 I told a staff member with the July 4th toe nail design and white and black dress how I wanted my nails fix and she said ok ok I got it and did a poor job of it then I told her this is not how I want it and try to show her she caught an attitude. So this other lady finish the job she didnt do because she has an attitude as soon as you tell these people they did not do it right or you see something wrong they get an attitude and I dont understand why Im a paying respectful customer I deserve the same respectful treatment the owner really needs to talk to his staff about this you never know who is coming to your shop. Also the other lady that was fixing my nails told me because its really busy and you get what you pay for (really!! you said that) smh I tip her $5 for fixing it and being patient with me but not that comment if I go back its because of the deal and maybe two staff members that is nice.

EVERYONE WORKING IN THE SHOP ARGUED WITH ME (the customer) AND THEY REFUSED TO GIVE ME MY REFUND UNTIL I THREATEN TO CALL THE POLICE! A FEW OF THE GIRLS WORKING THERE EVEN THREATEN TO HARM ME( ONE EVEN SAID SHE WOULD STAB ME!) I JUST CANNOT BELIVE WHAT THIS CUSTOMER SERVICE WORLD HAS COME TO. THEY NEED TO BE TRAINED ON HOW TO HANDLE TOUGH SITUATIONS WITH CUSTOMERS. IT SHOULD NEVER BE OK TO ARGUE WITH LET ALONE THREATEN A GUEST. ESPECIALLY NOT JUST BECAUSE SHE WANTS A REFUND FOR A SERVICE THAT SHE WAS NOT RENDERED.

The customer service is terrible. You cant ask a question about the service your paying for without them speaking rudely to you as if you own them something. I will never spend not one red penny in there again...
