Peter is the man!!! He and his wife are an awesome team!!! Ive been going there over a year now and absolutely treasure my pamper time! I absolutely adore the spa pedicure!! I recommend it!!

The customer service was okay. I went last week and asked for a specific picture and she couldn’t do that so I ended getting something I didn’t really like but it was somewhat cute. After not even a week one of my nails have already came off. I’m not hard on my nails especially when they’re long because I know their easy to break. I wouldn’t go back again. I payed $55 just for my nail to come off 5 days later

The nail tech was new i think. She did fine until the polish on my big toe. It was a bit streaky. She was very nice and provided water when I asked. she had to leave. and another tech finished polishing my big toe and it looked much better. Unfortunately i think the 2nd tech may have forgotten that I was there. She never came back to check to see if the polish was dry. After 20 minutes. I just went to the counter. I noticed while waiting there were 4 people standing around not doing anything. It took a while finally I received service. The salon is very clean but the customer service needs improvement.

Peter took care of me. I showed him a picture of what I would like, although it wasn’t like the image, this set came out even better. I’m big on nude colors, and this was the perfect shade and natural hue. Nice coffin shape, length how I wanted it, and the application was flawless. Being nice goes a long way, because they are more than willing to help fix any issues If there happens to be any dissatisfaction with quality of service.Ive never been disappointed coming here.

I went to Lotus because my daughter had two terrible sets and this place had great reviews. Nick did a great job on her nails so he is her new nail tech. I had my nails done by Jenny and she did a good job. When I had my pedicure done the lady did a terrible job. She had to go over it three times and the young lady next to her had to tell her what to do. I hope my next experience is better.I did go back and get a pedicure and the young lady did a good job. Still looking for the best one lol.... but the experience was better.

HATED my last experience here! I went there to get me and my daughters nails done. When the young lady heard she would be doing my daughters nails it sounded like she said something real slick in her language because everyone laughed (they continued laughing every time the chick would say something in her language after giving my daughter a direction), and she seemed to have an attitude. The gentleman that did my nails F-ed them up! The paint job looked amateur, the shape of my nails, and the sizes were all over the place. I had to get out ASAP and didnt even bother to have him correct my nails, nor check the young lady doing my daughters nails (I was beyond upset). I use to really like coming here a few years ago but I will no longer give them any of my money. RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, and TRASH JOB!!!!!

I literally never post any google reviews but i just had to for this. I am prone to breaking nails with the first few days of getting them done (I just handle things wildly lol). I got a dip powder set and really thought they would break in a day for two. It has now been 3 WEEKS and not a broken nail in site. And I definitely have hit my nails hard several times. I am thoroughly impressed and will def be going back since my sets last 3-4 weeks and still look good. Wow just wow!!!

I was going faithfully but I had to stop due to bad service and tje fact that I paid $75 for a gel nail set and my nails were coming off by the end of the week all for the man who did them to tell me it was my fault .How unprofessional my nails never lift up in 3 days and to be told you cant help me . I spend at least a$100 everytime I go.

I love the professionalism but my nails were chipping within 2 to 3 days which is not normal. Some salons cut the nail polish with Acetone to stretch the product. Not t sure if should go back, feeling like I wasted my money.

Let me say this... Nick is the bomb when it comes to nails and unique designs. When he does my nails I generally tell him that I am in a colorful mood and I let him freestyle his vision. He never seems to disappoint me as he has serviced me 3 times within 6 months. However, I was just there Tuesday the day after Memorial Day and no I did not have a appointment but I asked him could he do designs on all of my feet and hands. He said if he has the time. Needless to say he didnt. I was a bit disappointed but hey, its a business and he has to make his money too. A previous time before he did an excellent job whereas my feet and nails all matched. It costed me $100 but I was too cute. Check out the picture....

I’ve frequented this place for years but today they lost a customer. Peter is more concerned with money than keeping tipping customers happy. Your nails will break/chip in days and they will not repair for free. Also they run out of polish and charge you for change of color.

I used to come here a few years ago, every month I got new nail and toe designs. I received so many compliments. Nick used to be my guy.. he was so sweet and creative. Sadly, Nicks attitude changed. He is arrogant, rushy and his designs are not progressing with the times. He needs to just manage and no longer do nails. The new girl Michelle was good but now she’s stank, appt only and will only do super long fullset. I guess nothing good lasts forever..

Ive been getting my nails done there for years but as of lately they seem more concerned with making as much money as quickly as possible with complete disregard for the customer. The last two times Ive gone the tech did a rush job and the same nail broke within 48 hrs. And today the had me sitting for over 2 hrs while 5 walk-ins that came in after me were serviced because I didnt want to spend money on services that I didnt want or need. Needless to say they wont be getting another dime out of me ever again.

This nail shop has potential to be better than the customer service they deliver. Hands down, they have some nail techs, who are very skilled at creating some sassy, hip and stylish designs. However, when it comes to nail care, customer service and shop appearance, they definitely missed the mark. I keep coming back because they have fair prices and open early. I came in today to get a 3d nail design, with studs, repaired. The studs started coming off, after one week of me getting my full set done. The nail tech, who originally assisted me last week, was not available. Another tech said she could assist me, in her absence. I showed her what it was I was getting. I asked her to do the same exact design, using the same studs, that was on the same nail,on rhe opposite hand. She shook her head YES to confirm this was possible. After taking off the damaged design on my nail, she discovered that she in fact did not have the necessary materials to fix my nail. I tried to have a discussion with shop owner Nick. He spent the majority of the discussion arguing that it was not their fault, that I had to leave the shop with my nails looking like this...PLEASE SEE PICS. As I told him, I understand the occurence of them running our of supplies. However, they should have checked FIRST to ensure they were equipped and prepared to do my nails, instead of assuming they were, accept the request to do my nails, then after the fact, say no we cant do your nails. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!!!

I love this place, but I miss Ann. I had no problems when she did my nails. For the last couple of months my nails have been chipping within two days. Even to my toe polish chip. No I don’t have the time to keep going back. This was by far the best shop. Other than that the shop and the workers are nice.

This place is actually not bad. My first time going was today. I received a gel manicure & pedicure & eyebrows. Didnt get names but I received really good treatment from them. Everybody was nice with who I can in contact with. I wanted Nick but he was busy so I went with someone else & Im happy to say Im glad I did. I will make another appearance soon. But 4 stars for me. Did my nails, feet & eyebrows in such a perfect way.

Michelle did my nails, and let me tell you she was amazing!!! The details, the time she spent and the effort. I will say the 3 times i have been here has been nothing but a good experience

They are TERRIBLE! I got Acrylic nails and they all came off in the first week!!! As a matter of fact I only have two left right now and I am going to call them and ask for a refund of they redo by a better nail technician. Should I do it?

I came across this salon at the last minute because I needed something closer to home. I called and booked an appointment with Nick, he is the owner of the salon and I have been going to him now for the last 5 months! He is super quick and is willing to whatever you want to your nails for the fraction of the cost! Call and get your appointment is recommended although he takes walk ins people will wait for him. Hes great!

I have frequented this nail salon many times and I will likely spend my money elsewhere from now on. Today i went to get a mani & pedi, halfway through my pedi my tech began visibly rushing through everything; to a point where she neglected to use a base coat on all of my toe nails. She completely butchered my finger nails. I just had her remove the horrendous polish since I would just have to do my nails at home to fix the jagged uneven mess she did. See the attached pictures of my nails immediately after she removed the polish. Keep in mind I do not wear acrylic or get gel on my hands. Yet my beds are a complete mess. My nails are jagged & uneven, my cuticles are ragged and the whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth. She wasnt even apologetic for the obviously bad job and actually expected me to pay full price. If this is how your establishment treats customers, I will no longer be one of them.

I came here and it was everything everyone raves about. The staff was kind and customer service was excellent. My nails look excellent. I am coming back to get a pedicure.

So I have been in this area for over 10 years and I have come to this shop off and on for a while. Generally they are very warm, kind, and friendly. Today was a different story. The dude that sits on the very end on the left hand side when facing the back was extremely rude and weird! I will probably not be coming back here for a while! I only came for the 15% but I always have to tell them how to do my feet because it’s like they don’t know how to properly do a pedicure (could have been because I got the young inexperienced girl). They are incredibly rude and there was a weird vibe in there. Won’t be back there is a shop on every corner!

Don’t waste your time. If you look at all the pictures of the designs, only a few look good and everyone’s nails looks like they need a fill in and lotion.

I went in yesterday for the first time. Im new to the area and didnt know they were there. I had a very pleasant experience with Tammy (?). She did a great job! It was lucky because I went in on a Tuesday and they give 15% off on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. I got a Gel Fill-in and an Eyebrow Wax. She did both well. I just get plain clear nails so I cant testify to a paint job but I left feeling satisfied and cared for after a hand massage when my gel was baking. I will definitely be back. This may become my general spot!

Ive been a valued customer for over 5-6 yrs there at lotus and and referred several people i had no problems up until 2-4 months ago and its still continuing..im paying to get me nails done (over lay /fill in w/gel polish)..well for the last 3 to 4 visits my nails and the polish are chipping within 3 days..yes i tell my nail tech and he say come back i fix for you..good customers service but i just dont have the time to keep running back to get 1 or 2 nails fixed after 3 days vs waiting my 2 to 3 week appt.. obviously theres something now going on with their materials or polish..its frustrating..when they open up i will be reaching out to the owner/manager..i do know all names but dont want to put their names out there yet until i get results

I went to this nail salon. Let’s start with this. The work is good. Customer service is trash. The lady I had was so rude. When I came in she act like she didn’t want to get off her personal phone call. She kept being really ruff with my hands. She was just u professional. GET INTO THIS THOUGH the tools she was using for pedicure she was just pullin them put the box not even sanitizing afterwards. Gave me the most basic pedicure. No massage. She stood over me as I signed my receipt to see her tips. She was horrible

I had the worst experience!!!Peter did my feet and nails in less than 10 minutes, I didnt get a full pedicure service i was very unhappy I got my gel polish on my nails removed he didnt even clean them up nice for me but I was charged $10 ! Stick to your regular nail salon so you wont be disappointed how I was!!!!!

Early Saturday morning this shop was empty for a reason. That should have been the sign to walk back out of the door. I checked the reviews prior to coming. LIES ALL LIES! The first idiot was using the drill to take off the polish. (NOT GEL)The second idiot notice fungus and started chopping away at the acrylic without even telling me (I only soak acrylic off) and I needed to know about the fungus. when I asked him what was he doing he said I take nail off put on new. Before I could say anything else he stood up and said the same thing the idiot before him said I cant do your nails. Now, I NEVER asked or requested either. The women in the front told the first one to take me. Then same women tells me to wait. Then the second idiot comes over to me asks to see my nails and tells me to come to his table. Needles, to say but, I WILL. I left. Went to the salon that had done my nails twice prior. Showed them and everyone in the shop my nail w/ fungus. Gave a piece of my mind and once again, left. I did go to a nice lady down the street that treated the fungus did a wonderful job on my nails and instructed me to come back in a week to see if the nail w/ fungus needed to be removed or if it improves. I even got a polish change on my toes. Oh and she opened a new bottle of OPI polish for me.Its so hard to find a nail salon that doesnt treat you like an assembly line case or doing you a favor. Last time I checked. If Im spending my money, your rendering a service. If I request that a drill isnt t dug into my nails then that should be that. Once we all stop allowing such foolishness the Alaina that dont meet a certain standard wont last.Only if I could give zero stars, I would!

This was my first time going to this shop. I was the 2nd person to arrive and was greater very nicely. The guy who did my pedicure, Nick, doesnt always do pedicures but he didnt make me wait and di my pedi. He is AMAZING. Very soft touch and goes over his work multiple times to make sure its right. By the time I left, he had at least 5 clients waiting for only him to do their manicures. I will try my best to catch him on a slow day to do my pedicure. The other ladies said all the technicians are decent, but clearly Nick is the Man! Thank you for starting off Mothers day weekend with a bang.

So today I went into Lotus HairandNail DaySpa to get a pedicure. When I lived in MD I went to this salon ALL the time! They had just opened maybe exactly 5 years ago if that! It use to be a fun welcoming environment regardless of the fact that it wasn’t exactly in the best area. I was in the neighborhood last week and happen to get my nails done. Again in the neighborhood this week thought to go get a pedi there too! Worst decision ever! I waited for over 10min which I expected for a Friday, I finally get called to the back and I see the tub is filthy. I ask the lady to wash out please and she looked at me as if I requested a kidney from her! She starts to speak in her language to her co worker next to her, turns on water swishes it around and says okay....... I say no, please wash it with soap....once again popping off at the mouth. She finishes and I put my feet in and ask her does she know how many ppl my manicurist has after that customer.....she rolls her eyes and says “go ask him” in the most disgusting tone! I take my feet out and say I no longer need your services.... I approach the manager Nick and let him know he needs to speak to his employees in regards to customer service and she’s still popping off......he says someone else will do it for you 🤦🏾‍♀️ He missed the entire point! That establishment has become subjected to the area its surrounded by....instead of being the change the area needed. I will never step foot into this Salon again, and I recommend neither you nor your family do either! #NoMoreLotus #BBComplaintsHereICome

Ive searched high and low for a GREAT NAIL SALON. finally my search has come to an end. I accidentally stumbled across this nail salon. What caught my attention was the big sign in the window that said 15% off each an every Tuesday and Wednesday. My first time there I let the technician KIM do my pedicure, manicure, eye lashes, and eye brows. since that very first day she is the only one who can touch my eyebrows and eyelashes. She asks you how you want them and hits it out the ball park all the time. After a few times in the shop, I took notice to the technician NICK. OMG! HE IS THE BOMB WITH THE DESIGNS. My first time waiting for him to do my nails he had approx. a 2 hr wait because he never rushes and takes his time. So I decided to let someone else do my pedi and mani while waiting for him. The technician KELLY can give one good Pedicure. she massages and gives u extra time during the pedicure. and when she does your mani, if your nail is to old she fixes it without charge. she cleans the inside of your nails before finishing. not to many techs do that. Ive been going there a year and some change. this review is long over due. So I recommended KIM for your eye lashes and eyebrows, NICK for your designs, and KELLY for you manicure and pedicure. They get at 100% overall
