This place is amazing! Ive been coming here as a beginner for about a year and a half and it is so much fun. The trainers are awesome just like everyone else says and there is so much equipment here to get a variety of exercises into your workout. Its a no contact gym so the focus here is to train your body not necessarily training to fight. No sparing but when were not on covid restrictions theres a good amount of pad drills with the trainers. All of the members are also super friendly and welcoming, everyone in this gym really makes you feel like you are a part of a community.
If you want a gym that welcomes every person with open arms then this is it! This is a family owned business and you can tell. They love and care about each of their members. Plus a FUN workout! All the trainers are amazing.
Great workout. I love that every round and every day is a different workout which keeps the workout from getting stale and boring. The trainers are top notch and really helpful

This is the best 30 minute workout around! You go hard for 30 minutes and then it’s over! Think about it, you can really do anything for 30 minutes right?! The team here is helpful, professional and always there to pump you up and get you through when you’re ready to quit! My only regret is I wish I would have started sooner.

Best workout I have ever done! 30 min with no class times and a personal trainer always there! The atmosphere is amazing and workout changes everyday. Highly recommend!
Best whole body workout you can complete in 30 minutes. No class times, friendly and knowledgeable trainers, no excuse not to work out! Trainers are great at modifying exercises if you’re recovering from an injury, or have restrictions. Motivating without being over the top, they’ll push you to get the most out of your 30 minutes. Highly recommend!
