Today I used the HR UPS store to drop off Amazon returns. Typically, my spouse does this job and I do all the ordering. Given this was my first time returning, I had no idea where to find my code or how to complete the process. In steps UPS employee Ryan, to save the day! He kindly gave me clear and flawless instructions, and helped me get it all taken cared of. Thanks Ryan!

Useless place. If you cant hand them something and walk away they will be of no help. They cant scan a package label, they pretty much cant do anything a drop off box cant do. Not sure why they even exist to provide such limited services, seems a waste of rent given they send people to a different post office for everything. Save youself the time and go to a real post office.

Do not use their notary service unless you want everyone in the whole store to know the nature of the document that you are having notarized. My wife and I had to have a very personal document notarized. We took the document to the store. The notary on duty asked us from across the store what document that we are having notarized. I brought the document over to him and asked him to read it. After it was notarized, I asked him if it was the UPS Store’s policy to have notary customers publicly declare what documents they need notarized to the entire store. He said, “well I need to know what is being notarized.” Yes, that may be true. However, that is not what I am asking you. He just kept repeating the same thing.
Seriously AWFUL. I asked for the SIMPLEST and the CHEAPEST way to send a pair of binoculars to LA. I had my 2 year old son with me so I didnt notice how much they took me for a ride until I got home. To the store I took packing materials, the packing slip, and the binoculars, but needed a box. The nice lady says let me help you with that. So she measured the binoculars (6x5x2), then told me she would take it all back and box it in the back since she wanted to use their own fragile pack just to be safe. I thought how nice and off I went.I get my kid home and wonder why it cost me $30 to ship a pair of small binoculars to LA. Firstly she charged me for a 12x10x8 box, which is larger than it needed to be. Then she charged me $10 for use of their fragile packing material and for the courtesy of boxing it for me.Had she told me that I had to pay for their fragile packing and for her to place the item in the box and tape it shut I would of course done it myself. I did ask for the cheapest and simplest after all.... thats why I took my own bubble wrap, which was more than sufficient to do the job. She never mentioned any of it costing me extra and it genuinely seemed like she was helping me out since I clearly had my hands full with my son. I call the store and complain when I get home. They say theres nothing they can do.They also STOLE my packing materials! I was under the impression she would just beef up my bubble wrap with their fragile pack given the way she said I just want to be safe but clearly its UPS own wrapping that they package the entire item in. She obviously knew that but proceeded to take all my packing materials to the back anyway, never to be seen again. Why would she not give it back and say I wont need this if im using fragile pack.Like I said, Awful.... I wouldnt send my worst enemies here for their shipping needs.
The staff have always been nice. I suspected in the past that they exaggerate the box dimensions to increase the shipping cost, but I confirmed it this time. I carefully measured the box before I left and wrote it on the box. Without saying anything, they added at least one inch (not just rounding up) to each dimension. I couldnt find the dimensions on the receipt until I got home.
The lady that was working last Saturday was so rude. Her and the scruffy guy that came in to pick up packages kept yelling throughout the store that everyone’s returns were not essential. So unprofessional. If all of us weren’t in there she wouldn’t have a job right now! I will not be back in there.

Horrible! I got sent away, when I easily had everything they needed to print a shipping label! Instead I was told I needed to do this on my end, to get with the person who I was sending it to. And why? I had the persons address, they just needed to print the label! I have to admit, im new with this process and it was the 1st package shipping through UPS, yet I was misinformed to how it worked! I went to another UPS store for them to so easily print a label with the address. Im so aggravated for being so misguided!
I had an issue returning some Amazon packages. Daniel was kind enough to alert me of the mistake that Amazon made with my return labels. He overstayed with me until Amazon fixed the problem. He saved me money!The best customer service ever.
The people are SO wonderfully helpful. Nessa and Daniel were so willing and eager to help, and remained patient and kind amidst my many questions and concerns about a return I was making.
The employees at this location are great! the owner is a rude woman who isn’t good with customers and communicates poorly, super disrespectful. In the middle of trying to renew my box she walks away to get the phone with 3 other employees standing around who could have answered and makes me wait for about 10 minutes until telling me to come back another to renew she needs to finish her call. Also several items she just returned to sender and I have cancelled my service. The owner is a disgusting woman.
Real bad experience.. i was stupid enough to send mail through them.. they are just middlemen to hand it over to usps.now no way to track.. both usps and ups guys are saying we are not responsible..
