The job was completed to 100% satisfaction. Our cooktop is working, theres just one thing though the tech left a tool he used, I lost his contact number. His name was Ed. Nevertheless he did an amazing job.

The heating element of my dryer was busted. My husband who diagnosed it called this company and asked for parts and for tech to install it. They were out a day after, diagnosed, installled and tested the dryer. This company is great and we will recommend.

This was the third company I called to see if they could figure out why my oven wasn’t working properly and the only one who offered to come and properly diagnose it and repair it. Money well spent!

This is the company I always trust when it comes to appliance repair. I always recommend them as well. Recently I called them for my washing machine. They arrived two hours later around 1 pm and a few minutes before 2, they’re done and area is clean. I appreciate the thoroughness and the quality of the job!

Disappointed. Would recommend against using this company (middle man) who subcontracts others folks. Called company out to repair front loader washing machine. Was told that $60 call out fee would be credited upon service being performed. Upon call out, it was suggested that one part needed repair and another part should be changed. Opted to change the one that needed to be done and stop there as that repair was already $400 including the $60 call out fee which wasnt refunded. Five days later, the machine was broken in the same way and a call made to this entity who then wouldnt refund the part that was incorrectly installed. When I called to voice a complaint, essentially, the lady (Rachel) answering the phone advised she couldnt help and to take it up the person who did the work. So this company will take the call and charge you the service fee, but wont stand behind their subcontractor. As such, I would just stay away.
