Appliance Concierge Services and Stephen, were wonderful. They were very professional, quick to schedule, and their prices were great. They will be my go to company for all my alliance repairs in the future.

I just had an impressive contact with Appliance Concierge. Their technician, Stephen, diagnosed and was able to get our dishwasher running. Stephen was extremely knowledgeable and showed me how to remedy the issue if it was to occur in the future. The service fee was very reasonable for the work done. He also recommended the brands of dishwasher I should look at if our issue persists. He was on time for the appointment and answered all the questions I had, even giving me pointers on tackling a problem I’ve had with my refrigerator. I will definitely use this company for any future appliance issues I might have.

We worked with Gregory and he did a great job. He came over and quickly diagnosed our issue and then came back about 5 days later after the part we needed came in. He was on time, knowledgeable and friendly. I thought cost was reasonable for service provided. I also wanted to comment that the scheduler was pleasant to work with and flexible with schedule changes.

We were able to have someone come out to look at our refrigerator quickly. Steven was great - he was on time, polite, and professional. Gregory came out today to replace the rubber gasket seal in our front load washer. He was very efficient and professional and completed the job in a timely manner. He didn’t try to talk us into any unneeded fixes, which was greatly appreciated. This is the first time we have used Appliance Concierge, but certainly not the last. It puts our minds at ease to know who we can call for reliable service.

Steven was great! He listened and asked questions about what we were experiencing with our dryer. He took the time to explain what he found, and repaired whatever issues he found. He assured us that our dryer is working as it should and cleaned up the area around the dryer when he was done with the repair. This was our first time calling Appliance Concierge Services and we would definitely call again in the future.

BEST REPAIR EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!! Based on NextDoor reviews, called them to fix a 15 year old oven that would not heat. Showed up the next morning. The Tech (Gregory) got out a lot of tools and identified that the main board had a failure. At this point, MOST repair companies would just say the main board is bad, you need a replacement $500 part, and which credit card would you like us to charge?. Most companies make all their money on expensive part failures. But not ACS. The tech said lets try a few things first. Sure enough, with a magical touch, he got the board working, reinstalled, and back up and running in 1 hour. Total charge? $55. Total. I honestly feel like they are undercharging. And on top of that, if the part fails again in the next month, they will credit the $55 to a board replacement. SO HIGHLY RECCOMENDED!!!!!

First I googled the best repair company in Colorado and read their reviews and that’s how I contacted this Appliance Concierge Services. I was skeptical at first because they prefer text communication instead of having a live person on the phone. I started texting and explain the service that I needed. I received a reply right away and scheduled an appointment. In other words, fast communication and service. To make the story short, Greg or Gregory I believe the technician guy texted me on the day I was scheduled for, that he will be at the house in a certain time. He came with mask on and his equipment and he will tell you at front what’s going on and what needs to be done. The service fee is 75.00 just for diagnostic and if you decide to get your appliance fix, they will deduct the 75 towards the labor. Very professional and I will recommend this company to my family and friends. Thank you Greg for your skills and professionalism.

We worked with Steven. He was on time, courteous, friendly, and very knowledgable. We had scheduled the appt. because our dishwasher was leaking. After inspecting it, he recommended that we buy a new dishwasher, as the repair was going to cost as much as purchasing a new one. He then gave us tips on purchasing one and questions to ask the installer to make sure the installation is done correctly. I mentioned an issue we were having with our kitchen freezer, and he said he could fix it for us right then. We took him up on that, and are very happy with the work he did. Appliance Concierge was out recently to diagnose and repair our Samsung dryer. They were professional and fixed the dryer quickly.

They are a very professional and courteous unit. We got our microwave fixed by them. They honored the warranty and came back to fix the faulty parts they had replaced earlier. They are upfront with the pricing and try to be fair with them.We are happy with the service that they provided. The best part is that they diagnose and fix things very quickly. They are certainly very knowledgeable about the appliances.

Well they cost me a lot of money, but in a good way, and not their fault. It started with Steve, our technician, being late. However, I received a text informing me of that almost TWO hours before the appointment. Gave me time to take care of a couple of other things. Then he was only about 15 minutes late afterall. Steve quickly determined we needed a new compressor and other related items. He then said that because of the cost of the repair, we may want to consider buying new rather than put that much money into an old one. He went on to suggest brands to consider and possible ones to avoid, based on what he sees on his calls. Steve was very professional and extremely helpful. Now, where the money came in. All our appliances were purchased at the same time and we were experiencing some minor problems so we decided to replace everything. Highly, highly recommend them!

Best service ever—I tried them recently and I had called them because their reviews everywhere were overall excellent. For me, every aspect of the process was handled quickly and efficiently. When you call they give you a text number on their recording. Then you can text your exact problem. Then they called me back quickly and we set things up. The repair man was great and after diagnosis he did not pressure us to do the repair. We told him we would look at new stoves first but after doing that we came right back and asked for the repair. Done quickly, as soon as they could obtain the parts. Based on this one instance I would recommend to anyone and will certainly use them again myself.

Stephen my tech today was very professional and polite. He went over what needed to be repaired and showed me the problem which I appreciate the attention to detail.I liked also that he had his own vacuum and cleaned the floor in the room that he worked along with inside where the motor was to get the excess debris.Once the dryer was repaired he ran the it to test it along with me checking the temperature make sure it was working properly.He wore a mask when he arrived, during when speaking to me and when he left our house.We also appreciate Anthony the owner, he is friendly, courteous, professional and gives great customer service. It’s a wonderful family owned company and we get treated like family.

I recently had an amazing experience with Appliance Concierge Services Ltd.--my stove broke last week (in the on position). Not only do I have a cooking business New Healthy Family, but my son has Leukemia has been having a lot of issues with eating lately--the chemo killed a lot of his taste buds and there is not much that he has wanted to eat (and of course it needs to be cooked on the stove!)They had on their website a number that could be texted to--which is really helpful for me to be able to send a text rather than having to try to play phone tag. They answered my text promptly and sent a technician out as quickly as they could. Technician Greggory was so kind and professional. He went above and beyond to get my stove fixed as soon as possible!This is a family-owned and operated business and I could feel the family love from the moment Greggory stepped through the door! I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND them to anyone!!!

Our refrigerator is relatively new but was leaking on our wood floors and the water and ice on the front weren’t working properly. It was easy to reach them and get scheduled. The technician showed up on time, was courteous (removed his shoes) and professional. He assessed the situation and gave us a bid. We then scheduled with the office for a repair appointment and again their technician was on time friendly and informative. The problem was quickly resolved and the technician cleaned up after himself and even cleaned behind my refrigerator. The whole thing was $200.00. They charged $55 for the first visit which is only right as their technicians time and experience is valuable. That is the standard for most service/repair companies. Then if you chose not to do the repair you can part ways at that point. At the end the owner stopped by and thanked me for the business! I don’t think that is necessarily normal for them but he was in the area and the technician was a newer employee. The whole thing was a pleasant experience and the way you want to be treated as a customer! Thank youAppliance concierge!

Total waste of time and money!! The tech came out, barely tried to pull on the ice machine in the refrigerator and said it needs to be replaced. We already knew that it needed to be replaced!! Oh and now we would have to wait 3-5 business days to get the part in and then reschedule. I know they couldve found the part before the appointment and talked about replacing it beforehand and ordered it so they had it in time for the appointment. I thought that was the point of asking for the make and model information when scheduling the appointment! On top of that, I told them that I would not be available until after 3pm. The tech started calling me at 2:30pm after I had already told him I dont answer calls after 1pm due to my phone being a personal and work phone so please text. So the owner texts me to tell me the tech is trying to get ahold of me but no text from the tech. Apparently they cant follow simple instructions either. I do not recommend!!

Stephen showed up on the early side of the window and worked his butt off to repair my fridge at a very reasonable price. In the beginning I was a little hesitant to text in, but Sal was on top of it and texting actually made the experience much smoother/easier. I totally recommend these guys and will use them again if needed.

I requested that a technician come to our house since our water dispenser and ice maker were not working on our fridge. Gregory was able to diagnose and fix the issue very quickly. This is the third time Ive used Appliance Concierge. The first time I contacted them my dial knob on the dryer was broken, but I didnt know it. Rather than coming out and charging me, they made a suggestion to try a new dial over the phone - sure enough it worked! Some companies would have totally taken advantage and charged me a fortune. They are professional, knowledgeable, friendly and honest/have integrity. While having appliance issues is never fun, I am extremely grateful that I know who to call and trust to take care of me! Unfortunately, I’ve had Steven to my house 7 times in the past 8 months for my dishwasher😬. First I blew the mother board, then the water pump and thermoregulator. He was quick to diagnose the problem but had to order the part(s) and come back. He is very polite and always calls with his ETA when he’s on his way within the service. He is careful with the floors and cleans up after himself.The response time got service is wonderful. They prefer a text, and I e had a response in less than 5 minutes! Very accommodating with my schedule. Hopefully not any time soon, but I’ll use again!

Appliance Concierge Services has been our go-to appliance repair company for the past few years-they have worked on our washer, our dishwasher, and now our dryer. They are quick to respond to calls, very easy to work with and do a fabulous job! We cannot say enough good things! Our dryers heating element went out just a few days ago and Gregory came out and fixed it the day after I called. The price was good, the repair took less than an hour, and he was very pleasant to work with. They are following all of the CDC guidelines-Gregory was gloved and masked. He sterilized his hands before he came in to our home and did so again as soon as he left. I was very comfortable with him being in our home even during this uncertain time. Appliance repair is considered essential and they are open! We highly recommend them and wouldnt hesitate to call again, if anything else in our house needs attention!

After several attempt to get scheduled and a week later, my wife called Appliance Concierge. They scheduled a time to come out and look at our problem on the first contact we had with them. After a disastrous experience with another repair company, I called Appliance Concierge and they immediately texted me back with a window for the following day. Stephan showed up promptly and diagnosed the issue in less than two minutes. He was efficient, polite, and extremely competent, even giving me advice on how to prevent the issue from happening again.
