As with all my visits to Razny, i was greeted with a smile and taken very good care of. Today’s experience with picking up some repaired jewelry was flawless. They did a great repair and cleaned both items. Checkout was quick and the cost was very reasonable. I highly recommend this store.

Just got my new watch battery at Razny - everyone was so friendly and welcoming. Jenny and Margaret took care of getting my battery changed while I waited, and I was in and out in about 10 minutes. This is the greatest place in Chicagoland. They carry top brands and fair price. They have 4 locations but I think they made a right decision to open in Highland Park. While selection is limited, the store was very good at letting me know when something came in and they were very generous to offer two timepieces to me! The process was transparent, smooth and there was NEVER any pressure to purchase. Michael knew the history and the facts about the watch as well as how it compared to others that were similar. It’s nice that this boutique not only has other great brands, such as Breitling, but good pieces within their lineup for you to handle, see, and juxtapose. I just can’t say enough wonderful things about Razny. Their selection is beautiful and their customer service is excellent. I have known and worked with Marina for 9 years and she has helped me with everything from wedding bands to family heirlooms (this is the only place I would trust with them). I have had bad experiences at other jewelers in the past with unhelpful and snobby or pushy salespeople but Razny couldn’t be more different. Everyone is genuinely nice and helpful.

Yesterday, I had one of the best customer service experiences of my life at Razny Jewelers in Highland Park. From the lovely woman who greeted me upon entering, then the very helpful young woman at the repair desk, and the gentleman who offered me a bottle of water. While waiting for my repair, I had an enjoyable conversation with a very personable, professional salesperson,Shirley. The store is gorgeous and has an exquisite inventory. But the real gems are these people!
