I’ve been coming to this barbershop for years and they are the highest quality you can get. They add so much more value than just the haircut but also get the time to know you. Stavros is hands-down the best barber I’ve ever had and I will always trust his expertise. If you are looking for a reason to come here, this is it. I will be a customer for life.

Its hard to find a barber shop that has a combination of vintage space, a team experienced in every hair type, and can offer relevant product recommendations...at a fair price. Especially in the North Shore.My hair is fine and a complete pain to cut and hold/maintain the way I want it to be. aka not a greasy mess. Which is why Ive been going to Rachael Z for over 8 years.Couldnt be more excited to go in for my first time in 2 months (thanks Covid).Thank you! Keep it up!

Fair prices, by appointment, and great cuts.This place checked all the boxes for me. Best haircut Ive had since moving out to the Chicago area, and honestly in recent memory.I asked Stepan for what my previous barber had told me to. He started on one side, confirmed that he was on the right track, then delivered one of the best haircuts Ive had in years. Will be back.

Great shop! They do an old fashioned straight razor/wet shave of your neck at the end. Talented barbers too; I see a wide range of cuts being done. They work with you to get you the look you want. I drive 45 minutes to get my hair cut here.

This has become my go-to barbershop - and Ive never been able to say that before! Im a big fan of Stavros work and hes delivered reliable and consistent cuts for me over the past year or so. He knows what I want and I always trust his opinion when he gives it. The icing on the cake is the straight razor neck shave. The vibe is a perfect blend of modern and old-school and they are a cash only establishment. Highly recommended!

Stepan, the owner, has been cutting my hair for years. Its consistently clean and the way I want. Im at the point where he asks, the usual? and I say yes. After the cut, its always easy to style my hair, and Im always pleased with the results.. Im very pleased that I found a barber that i can use, trust, and rely on for years and years to come!Stepans hard work and professional demeanor is really paying off, and for all the right reasons. Stepan is working just as hard, if not harder, as he did when he first opened the doors to this barbershop. He gets booked and walk ins may be difficult. He tries to accommodate walk ins as best as he can. I say the wait is worth it. Would you want to go to a place that is always empty? I suggest calling a couple days in advance and booking your time with Stepan or any other available barber. Stepan is really particular about how customers leave his shop, whether he cut them or not. Before coming here i usually went to some kroean palces.but today i just wanted to go for new hairstyle and then i wnet to the barbers through someone.they are two man, one girl.i dont know her name. and then i wanted her to simple short cut in the back,side, on the top.when i finsihed it i was so confused. even i couldnt look in the mirror.too bad. she cut too much every where. it looks like crew cut.from now on, never forget to wear ones hat when i go out.

Not good the lady there butchered my hair. For such a nice place and the location is at shes not good at all.
