If you are not going to have the smaller or simplier things done like inspections, oil changes etc, do not waste your time. I have been dealing with him and the issue with my car since November and here we are almost in March. I will make this long story as short as possible. Instead of him telling me he cant figure out the problem, he has had me bring my car to him 5 different times, yes 5, where he has kept my car for atleast 2 whole days just to tell me he isnt finding nothing wrong when clearly there is an issue. So this last time I took my car to him he had for 2 days and on the second day evening I told Him I was coming to pick my car up only for him to ask if I couldnt leave it because “he needs time to check it “Well what have you Been doing for the past two whole days and past 5 times youve had the car? lol I thought it was a joke or I was being pranked. Anyway, Here I am today still with same issue still unfixed.Update: Although he was unable to fix my car, after several conversations, he did refund the money for the part.

The guy is on but he was not able to resolve the issue with our vehicle even when he had it for months and months. We were not happy, we would rather he told us earlier about his inability to fix the problem. We paid but it appears it was only for the time spent in his shop.

Horrible customer service!! Actually made me pay before the work had been done, the owner ended up breaking the axle on my car and tried to make me pay for it!! Had to go back because my breaks and rotors were not done right the first time, then he tried to keep my keys because he said I had to pay him for labor after he had to fix the breaks and rotors again..
