Always polite, friendly and thorough. Fortunately the car hasnt needed much service but I wouldnt hesitate to take it there.

The only reason it gets one star is because you cant put zero. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE AND DO NOT BUY CARS HERE! Took our vehicle we bought here, for them to look at why the wipers werent working anymore, mostly because we thought it was covered under the warranty purchased with the vehicle. They called back and said it was not covered under the warranty but they would see why it wasnt working. They call back and say its going to be $251 for the Wiper motor and linkage, we said no thank you. Went to pick up the car...........$118 for looking at it!!! What?!?! But if you let us fix it, well deduct that from the $251 total. Crooks is all they are.

I took my 2019 Nissan Sentra to get my rear backup camera, and steering wheel functions connected to a non factory cd player which i was hoping to get it done, but wasnt sure it was even possible. But the business manager named Charles Foster said he would work with the installer and make it happen, and Charles really came through to make me happy, and satisfied! Excellent service, from the time I dropped off my keys to the moment I walked out the door. Van York service is so good, Ive started bringing my Oldsmobile to them as well. (They have excellent deals on tires and oil changes)!!!

While ived had the best car buying experience here, its been over a month since i bought the car and still havent recieved my registration from them. I had to go to license plate office to get a copy. That was an extra $20.00 i had to spend. Just not as great after the sale i guess.
