I am really delighted with how our events were dealt with so professionally and letting me and my family stay stress free throughout; Attention was paid to every tiny detail.The talented team at Fern n Decor understood our requirements so well immediately and also suggested improvements that were impressive. The stage decor and table layouts were so amazingly done that we heard nothing but praises from every guest of ours. I wish I can give them no stars. The day before my wedding I was told I can go pick up my bouquet, which consist of orchids(which were an extra cost). I walked in and they hand be dead pink roses. I kindly told the lady this isn’t my bouquet I ordered the orchids. They searched for it but did not bring out my bouquet. At that point I wanted to cry being that my wedding was the next day. She then said they will bring my bouquet where ever I am early in the morning. The morning of my wedding no phone call no nothing. I ran to a local flower shop and just created one. I then called for a refund for flowers I never received. I got married 2017 it is now the end of 2018 and till this very day I have not got a penny back for flowers I never received. They even blocked me from calling their phone I would call from other numbers just to speak to someone and they asked me for my address to send a check and still nothing. The ABSOLUTE WORSE!

Fern N Decor did decorations for our engagement party and our house too. They did a spectacular and perfect job, they went above and beyond what was agreed upon. Their stage decorations were more beautiful and intricate than planned. The flower center pieces were so colorful and beautiful. They put a ton of effort in their work and they put a lot extra pieces and considered our suggestions. They are wonderful to work with and they are really made our engagement party shine. I would recommend them for any event, they are very professional and have a lot of experience.

These people are liars that will take your money and run. Save yourself from dealing with this fraudulent company that has lawsuits against it for their terrible service and failure to fulfill their contractual obligations. They arrived to the venue when they were suppose to be finished with decorating my venue- they were decorating after guests already arrived. Isha did not provide the decor that she promised- centerpieces were completely different, so was the stage, she didn’t bring the number of chairs P paid for, lights, etc. etc.. She kept adding charges to the invoice, hoping I wouldnt notice that she was charging more than our original contract. She threatened not to show up during the day of my events, unless she received more than she was promised. She stole from me, and having now spoken to others, I know that she and fern n decor have a reputation for this behavior. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with.

THE ABSOLUTE WORST COMPANY EVER!!!!! FAILS TO PROVIDE YOU WITH THE SERVICES THAT YOU ACTUALLY PAID FOR!!! Their staff actually stole my husbands phone. He left it in the sofa that we were sitting on at the stage, at the end of the night when their unprofessional staff came to take their furniture back to their warehouse, they stole his phone. We found it the day after our wedding, when we tracked it through Apples find my iPhone service, it gave their vendors location. Truly unbelievable.I had my wedding this past weekend and I cant believe I have to sit here and right file a complaint. I paid for floral arrangements on my welcome table, the cake and cake table, instead I received only a few petals on my cake table. I booked the company 3 months in advance, prior to my event and met a lady Isha that works there and we made sure to go over the small details, such as the stage platform measurements, the sofa that well need to use, the stage draping (which she supposedly took notes during our 2 meetings, but kept calling me the week of my wedding, adding more stress to my life, asking for all the details and measurements again. Completely unreliable and unprofessional company. Please do yourselves a favor, pay a bit more, but book your event elsewhere.They will get you when youre most vulnerable (such as a few days before your wedding, just like in my case) so you will be stuck with them at that point. A complete rip off, but I will make sure the community knows about these scammers. STAY AWAY PLEASE!!!!!!

Fern & Decor went above and beyond in setting out the decorations at our wedding in Stamford. They provided gorgeous centerpieces, flower backdrop and the garlands. Much Kudos to this team! Especially Isha.. for helping me keep my calm.

What can we say? We absolutely loved our decor. We wanted something different for every event - fun, colorful and glittery for our sangeet, lush, colorful and elegant for our ceremony and posh and crystals for our reception. You and your team delivered on all events!I knew I wanted to book Fern n Decor from the very beginning. From what I had looked at online, their work was very fashion forward compared to the typical indian weddings you see. I think if you are looking for something that pushes the envelope, you should go with Fern n Decor. Even if you do want something traditional, they do the decor in such a way that it still feels fresh and beautiful. I think what stood out to me most was the fact that their team genuinely takes interest in who you are as a couple and works with you (so you can be as involved or not involved as you want) and makes creative suggestions based on your wants and budget. It was really great to work with them, and we never second guessed our decision. They are truly talented and I would definitely recommend them to any bride who wants a wedding with beautiful decor!

Terrible service!! Held up the wedding we attended for almost an hour because they forgot the bouquet and wouldnt deliver it. Most of the flowers on display were dead and the place was barely decorated. I would NEVER recommend these people to anyone. If your having an event and good, professional floral arrangements are what you need Im imploring you not to use Fern N Decor. Youll be sorry!!

Fern N Decor did the decorations for my wedding reception at Queens Botanical Garden. Isha was very communicative and helpful leading up to the event. She met me at the venue a month in advance to help decide on what we would need, color scheme, etc. She then helped us create a package that fit our budget and needs. Isha and her assistant set everything up beautifully the day of the event, and came back afterwards to clean up. I would recommend Ishas services for any type of event.

This place is horrible.. DO NOT BOOK THEM. YOU WILL BE PAYING FOR A DISAPPOINTMENT. My wedding day was a complete mess because of them. I paid 8,000 for decor and receive dead flowers for bridesmaid bouquet and dead boutonnieres for the groomsmen and the entire wedding party. They were 7 hours late to my venue. Pooja one of the workers for fern n decor didnt even know where where her delivery guys were when she arrived to the venue at 545. My wedding started an hour late because of them. Lets not forget the fact that i the bride did not have a bouquet at all. The custom chairs and benches I also had from them were dirty and ripped. And they refused to Rectify the problem the day of the wedding. I am now sueing this company

We had the BEST EXPERIENCE with fern n decor... They delivered what they promised.. They made my wedding day lookSo beautiful!!! i highly recommend these people... Their team was very professional and helpful. After using them for our wedding day, because we were so happy with their work, we now use them for all our events... Fern n decor has done my mehndi! Wedding! Baby shower! My sons first bday!! Lol and i plan on using them for future parties... Thank you fern n decor for making my every event look amazing! Love your work and you have an awesome team that knows how to treat their customers and deliver as you promise! Love you guys!

The absolute worst ever. They gave me dead flowers, my wedding started over 30 mins late. My tables had no center pieces at the start of my wedding. The people were very rude and disrespectful. Will be seek legal action.
