My friend and I rented a lawn dethatcher and power aerator. We thatched and aerated both our lawns in only two hours. The best $80 we spent, the landscaper wanted to change us each $200, now I can go get some beers instead. Easy to use, we got helped loading and unloading them in my truck. I didnt spend more than 5 minutes in the place. Quick and easy. Guys there were great to work with.

Excellent Service! The employee I worked with was very professional and aided in finding the right machine for my specific home improvement project. I have had experiences renting from home depot before and this was all around much better. You could tell the employees really have an exuberant amount of expertise and knowledge of construction, which made my project much easier to complete. Pricing was inexpensive and straight forward.

We rent tools to use during the course of business & they have such a diverse selection of stuff. The guys here are also incredibly helpful with choosing just the right tool for the job.

Rented a floor sander and had the most frustrating experience of my life with a home improvement project. Save yourself money and a whole day of aggravation and rent a sander at Home Depot. We had to return the 1st industrial floor sander that weighed a ton and get a deck sander because it was so awful. Then we had sawdust all over the living room to clean up. The floor sander was a total Nightmare and we didnt get much from the management with assistance. Argued with us that the sander was fine and it was because we couldnt use it. Why rent tools that the average person cannot use? We went through about 10 sheets of $5 a pop sand paper that tore everytime we turned the machine on. They did give us a few extra sheets to try after the first failure but it was so frustrating. Its not a pleasant experience to drop close to $200 on a machine rental and then spend an entire day hauling them back and forth until finally settling for the wrong type of machine, having to do double work cleaning up the massive amts of sawdust in the room and being told that the sander is fine and we are just idiots is absolutely ridiculous. We are very capable of doing home repairs and my husband is a mechanic so I know that it was not due to our skills. If we had such an enormous issue with the machine then a complete novice would be in tears from attempting to use it. I wont be using this place again.

If i could give less stars i would. I rented a forklift about in early april of 2016.they are NOT upfront about fees. Watch out here. I specifically asked about fees for the rental. I was quoted $200/day. they never provided an invoice. I find an oddly high charge on my credit card statement so i go back and ask for the invoice again. I get the final invoice and bam... i was hit with a $200 delivery fee plus $6 for gas.I SPECIFICALLY called and asked about gas because i had barely used the machine (less than 5min of run time). Had to pick up a pallet and move it. That was it. The person on the other end said dont worry about it. If the gas gauge didnt move, it was not an issue. I checked. fuel read the same as when delivered.Regarding the lift - The equipment was battered and barely drove. engine ran like crap.Dont rent here. Customer service is not great and they conveniently leave out details. Go to a competitor.

I was skeptical at first reading all the ratings but when I got there the guy was professional and to the point use my discount tell me what it was no hidden fees and after my rental it took two days to get my deposit money back everything went great service not bad at all the rental was okay so Im happy
