The service was excellent, Stephanie and Larry were right on top of everything. There were no delays going to the church and the cemetery. and the drivers were very nice.Arrangements made with freedom from pain or discomfort. I thank everyone who took part.

Very caring and compassionate group of people, Im a health care worker unfortunately also buried my love one today for the same reason we have lost many lives. They are understanding and COMPASSIONATE this is what many funeral homes dont have nowadays because of the pandemic. I chose to do pre-Funeral arrangements for my mom and went to Wagner Funeral Home in Hicksville because that is where I had my dad’s wake. I met with Melissa who walked me through what’s needed, what’s included, etc... I have to admit, I had anxiety thinking about doing this for my mom but I pushed my way passed the sadness because let’s face it, this is one task in life nobody wants to deal with, but pre-planning is the best way to go when emotions are not high. Dealing with a loved ones passing is hard enough. Planning the wake and funeral during that time is wrought with too much grief. I experienced that when my dad suddenly passed away and promised myself I would never do that with my mother. Melissa made it easy and effortless. She stayed in touch with me to make sure I connected to Kim, the Funeral Director, to tie up loose ends.

I cannot say enough about the wonderful people who work at Wagner Funeral Home! They are compassionate, understanding, professional and handle this very difficult time in your familys life in the most thoughtful and dignified way. We were so pleased with everything they did for my mom from the initial consult to the gravesite burial, they took care of everything in the most distinguished manner.

Vernon C. Wagner funeral home was there for us in this unfortunate time . Explained the process and options that we had during covid . From start To finish it was smooth process . They made our family feel very comfortable. Wake was elegant . They were able to arrange flowers and other things that we requested.

Last month the most hardest death I ever had to arrange happened. My 38 year old daughter died of cancer. I made arrangements at Vernon Wagner in Hicksville, Long Island for her. I spoke with Anthony Migorelli. He was so understanding and sympathetic with my family and helped and guided us in the right direction. My daughter looked beautiful and her wake and funeral went smoothly.

I am so grateful for the services provided by this funeral home. When my grandmother died, she was the heart of our family. Even for minimal services, they were devoted to our family and gave us the privacy needed to say goodbye to her. They even let us stay until they closed and were so respectful to our loss.It’s strange to say but I would recommend them to anyone who is unfortunate enough to require their services. We have now had multiple family members for which we have used their services and the care provided was above and beyond what I would have expected.

Surprisingly bad experience especially during this pandemic Also must add the price of everything dosent make sense especially with no services being provided really feel like weve been taken advantage of. The attitude shown was terrible all around

This place showed zero respect to me at a time my grief was very raw. The director filled me on nothing about the grave site procedures. The director rushed me thcough this most painful event in my life. No compassion no signs of human dignity. This grave sight burrel was pre paid costing over 20,000. If it wasnt prepaid I go somewhere else

It was a really hard and painful moment for my family and I but Robert was a big help arranging my mom cremation and helping us with all the paper work. Thank you for everything.
