I was recently referred to Cannon Collision after my parked car was rear ended. They made the whole process so easy from start to finish, including, helping me with my car rental. When I picked up my car I was in shock because it looked better than before the damage. The paint was seamless and the entire car was impeccable. Cannon even went an extra step and cleaned my cars interior. I was very impressed with the work and professionalism at Cannon Collision. Highly recommended.

I was called when my car was finish with its detailing work and told the associate that I was on my way. Upon arrival, I found the storefront’s door locked with my car-keys locked inside. I tried calling the business but got no answer and was told from the neighboring business that all employees had left. I was given no warning and was forced to leave my car on their lot overnight. Horrible communication! Horrible service! Horrible experience!

I drove an hour to get to this shop after a month in advance(due to my request) scheduling. Well worth it. Took a few hours for the interior and exterior detailing but the car was brought back to life. Also noticed they took an extra step for me where I had a chipped paint. Greatly appreciate that as it isnt easy to find shops that will do that.

Rear bumper was hit by someone with a hitch. Had Cannon Collision paint and install a new one. Great overall experience, pleasant staff. I got my car back wiped clean and vacuumed with paper laid on the floor mats to keep it clean. The paint job looks flawless.

Excellent place. They did a great job on our bumper when we got rear ended in our Impala. Not only did he replace the bumper, but he also did many extra touch ups with the paint that made the car look brand new. I was in awe when I saw how clean and polished it look. One of my hobbys is detailing and Canon Collision did a great and professional job detailing the car as well.

First of all, it was even easier than when I went to my insurance carriers shop the last time. Paul and Joe at Cannon dealt with everything from the get go… forms, photos,insurance company phone calls and estimates, and even arranged valet rental car service at the shop. They know what they’re doing. They were on my side, not the insurance company’s, and the job they did was fantastic. The car looks amazing. I couldnt be happier.I hope I never need the service of a body shop again, but if I do, I guarantee I’ll be going back to Cannon Collision.

We were torn to where to bring the car in after some damage to the front driver side door. Everywhere we took it for an estimate seemed, sketchy or uncertain of what they were doing. One place even said they may not be able to match the paint. We found Paul and Cannon Collision in Hicksville. Tucked away but a gem of a place. Brought the car in and met with Paul. He was kind, which is always a fantastic way to start with someone in any type of automotive situation. He looked at the car, and made us feel at ease. I knew right then that this was the place to have the car fixed. He was extremely open with scheduling and made life easy for us. When I came back with the car, Paul sat with me and went through the entire process of calling this incident into our insurance. He made that process so much less painful that it could have been. Left the car with him, came back when it was ready...and wow. They do a great job there. As you can see from photos, it is like it never happened and the paint...it matched, perfectly. Kind and professional is what you can expect from this shop. If you have damage needed to be fixed on your automobile, bring it to Paul at Cannon. Have used Cannon multiple times for fender benders and just recently asked them to color match a pair of aftermarket side skirts. They always do excellent work, are fairly priced, and quick to finish. Will continue returning to them for all paint/body repair needs.

Absolutely the best, third time we are using them. The staff is always there including the owner to answer and explain any questions or work to be done on the vehicle. It comes back looking brand new and this car is 8 years old. The owner helps out more than the two insurance companies that were involved with information. Cannon Collision did an excellent job fixing my Lincoln Town car a few years ago after it was side swiped. The work held up great and I had no issues selling it when it was time for me to change vehicles. My 2018 RAM 1500 was recently hit while parked on the front passenger side with a lot of damage. I did not hesitate to bring it to Cannon Collision. They did an awesome job! It looks like it never happened. Paul and his team was a pleasure to work with and they took great care of me and my truck. Great customer service, the Truck looks fantastic, like it never happened, and they had a quick turnaround. The experience was ok. Not for the worth but it was ok. Customer service was good, very detailed but I didnt receive the friendly reminder of my appointment. Upon receiving my car I was in a rush, which i just glanced at the car and left. Looked nice, but knowing your own car and every ding scratch scrap mark and rub. Ill say they only buff the spots noticeably. I have wax left on places. Inside the same cleaned in places noticeably. Not everything was cleaned. Now that Im taking the time to look in the car Im noticing some things are missing. Not stolen but maybe taken out the car and not placed back in. To far to make a complaint or even driving back. Overall I would say 3 stars. They could be if they put the time and effort.

Paul and the team at Cannon Collision could not have been any better. My 2010 E550 was damaged with a side and front hit, not only was the bumper, fender, wheel etc. damaged, but much of the electronic controls for the parking sensors, ABS, traction control, air ride suspension were also damaged. Paul completely took care of everything including numerous visits to the Mercedes dealership to get the car checked and calibrated correctly after his repairs. The car was returned to me better than it was before the accident.Paul is such a nice guy. He is honest, helpful, spent the time required to repair the vehicle, and the time to discuss and explain everything to me. He handled everything with my insurance company so I did not really need to get involved. I basically dropped the car off explaining everything to him, and the car was returned to me (after numerous updates to me throughout the process) in perfect repaired condition. Not only was every item very thoroughly address, but the work performed is impeccable, clean and neat. He made me a very happy and comfortable customer. I have had many cars and dealt with many collision shops in the past and by far, this was my best experience. Thank you again Paul for all your time and help to repair my baby. Cannon Collision was by far my best experience in the auto repair/collision industry. Paul was absolutely unbelievable. He was friendly accommodating and completely professional. He totally went the extra mile for me. The service was fantastic and my car was returned to me in even better condition then prior to the collision repair. At first I was hesitant to come here because of the reviews that its just a glorified car wash (based on Groupon reviews). Im glad I took my chances because they did a pretty nice job. My seats are ivory so the two front seats were filthy plus there was dog hair everywhere embedded in the carpet. They got everything out and they touched up the outer scratches too. There were spots on the seat where it couldve been a little cleaner but overall Im happy with the results!

Brought my 2014 Nissan Altima in for Body work. Paul took care of me he explained what had to be done to repair the car and the cost. Had to get a rental, and due to their network, I was able to get a highly reduced rate. Furthermore they patched up a scratched that wasnt part of our arrangement at no additional cost! Purchased a groupon for my girlfriend for a car detailing. While I was out of town she took a car for detailing. They did an absolutely horrible job. The car seats still had water stains on them. Outside wasn’t polished. No evidence of paste wax on the rubber. Looks like it was just run through a car wash wax. Doesn’t worth the money. It’s a scam. I could have done a better job myself. Stay away!!!!!

John and his crew are great! Ive gotten to know him over this past year and recently my car started stalling so I brought it in and they had it diagnosed and fixed within a day. Came in to repair some significant damage to my car and couldnt be happier with the results. The car looks just as good if not better than it did before the accident, and repairs were completed on time for a very reasonable price (much better than other estimates I got). The staff is very welcoming and I always felt like I was being treated fairly. Since I didnt have full insurance coverage I was paying out of pocket for the repairs and Paul took the time to find me the best deals on parts and explain everything that was necessary before making the orders. Between personal experiences, the experiences of others, and ten years as a volunteer firefighter on Long Island, I have seen the best and the worst of body shops. Without a doubt, Paul is the most honest, has the most integrity, does the best job and treats each customer as if that customer was a member of his family. (A family member he likes). I came across Paul and Cannon Collision by chance. I had steel front doors that needed to be painted and he happened to be located exactly between the vendor and my house. They did an amazing job. They understood the different materials that had to be painted, and matched the color perfectly to my doorway. Fantastic service, reliable and super friendly staff. Paul the owner was extremely helpful and honest. My car also needed some mechanic work done and the dealer where my car was from wanted to charge a ton of money for repairs and recommended some things that werent even necessities. We asked Paul to look over the car and not only did he tell us we didnt need everything the dealer was recommending, but on the parts we did need he gave us a much cheaper price and great service. My father is a mechanic of 35 years and he has a friend who has a local shop out on the east end I always used. Ive since moved to eastern Nassau and it was just to much of a hassle to tow the car all the way out to Suffolk. After reading some reviews I decided to give Cannon a shot, couldnt be happier I did. Remarkable job done on my Honda Accord by Paul and his team at Cannon Hicksville. As soon as I stepped in the door I was met courteously by Paul’s office staff.
