The WORST customer service Ive received in my whole life. They treat you with attitude and they want to argue with you, not solve your issues. I strongly advise you to go somewhere else to have your equipment serviced or your issues solved.They work with Apple repairing equipment in warranty (covered by AppleCare) and I have to say this is the worst partnership Ive ever expect from Apple to engage with.Im very disappointed of these two companies.

They deleted all all my programs and files off my computer without my authorization! Did a restore that restored nothing! Horrible! Horrible! Now Im screwed! Thanks experts and Geek Squad!!

I arrived with my computer there was no one in the queue wait more than 30 minutes later they tell me by appointment I ask her if she can attend me since there was no one she tells me that she is busy I was shop plus 45 mint they did not attend anyone
