I brought in a Motorola Z2 Force to have the battery replaced. These phones are difficult to repair because of a flexible screen and a mid plate that the screen is mounted to. Because the screen needs to be heated to be removed there is a strong probability that damage to the screen will result from excessive application of heat. I spoke to Christine and she said that they could do the work, but that there may be some risk involved. She explained everything up front and made me aware of any issues that may arise. I took my phone in at 3:30 and by 5:30 David had it repaired. The Z2 force is a notoriously difficult piece of equipment to deal with but Davids skill made quick work of it. Im posting this review from my repaired phone and I want to say thank you to Christine, David and the wonderful people at Goods Smarts! If you need a phone, tablet or computer repaired Goods Smarts has polite and knowledgeable people that will absolutely give you one of the best experiences youve ever had. The best customer service Ive experienced in many years. The skill, level of service and professionalism are unmatched. I strongly recommend Goods Smarts for ANY of your electronic needs.

The screen on my sisters phone was black. She couldnt do anything on it. I came to Goods Smart, and after only a few minutes, David (the representative) was able to detect the issue and offer a solution. He was quick, friendly and highly professional. Stopped by to replace iPhone 7 screen. I was approached by David soon after walking in and handed over the phone. No questions asked about selecting generic screen. David took it and I got it back about 25 min later (I think Ivan worked on it). Probably would’ve been sooner but they were busy with other customers, so I’m happy they got me out right before closing. Thanks David and Ivan for good and fast work.

The person that attended me was Kevin he did a great job with the repair. He did it in 25 minutes and everything came out as good as new. He answered all the questions I had about the repair. After waiting outside for 20 minutes, limit 2 customers inside, I was given a different explanation than the phone call that I made prior to driving there, about 30 minutes from my location. When I said, that is not what I was told on the phone, the answer from the female attendant, was just wait he will explain to you better pointing at the only male technician working behind the counter, and then she walked out. I decided to simply walk out also. The place has great reviews, but, I had to react based on my experience. No one wants to go to a place and hear different explanations from the phone attendant than the counter person.

Good service at a fair price. I went to get my watch from the screen repair when the screen went blank before I could pay and walk out. They took it back for another 2-3 days and sent it to their other location. Had to pick it up at the other location but the watch has been working perfectly. Although it took a few days longer, I appreciate their service and they answered every call when I had a concern. They also bought an old Iphone from me while it had an icloud lock!

So impressed everywhere I called they have nothing in stock and you have to make an appointment and wait 3 days for your phone. I took my Samsung Galaxy Tab A to their store to see if they would be able to fix it. I was skeptical at first because the screen was shattered. But when I got the tablet back, the tablet was good as new. You never would have guessed I had it repaired. The personnel were very nice and helpful and the price was very reasonable. I would have been fine paying for the service because it was excellent but to my surprise the owner choose to not charge us for the new battery replacement.
