I was there to purchase vanities and other items for two bathroom remodeling. The store is small and has little merchandise on display. The items are expensive - overpriced. But, the service was the worst - the young man asked to assist us was uninterested, was not helpful, to be honest he was unpleasant as a sales associate.

Well the shopping was a good experience, very helpful, the problem was two weeks later, bought a total of 6 different faucets and a kitchen sink.$$$$$. I wanted it to be a local store, so I wouldnt have a problem in case their was a problem with any of the 6 faucets, to my surprise, what an ordeal to have this faucet replace, to say the least, from the manager to the people that had the faucet tested, RUDE, for the hour that had to wait. Rude reception at the door, telling me that never happens, that I was wrong and that my plumber didnt know what he was talking about, because he probably didnt have a license. After about an hour wait they decided to take care of me, and to their surprise the faucet was no good, no apologies from any one including the manager of the store. I will never be back to this store, thats for sure.

This store has amazong things for bathrooms and kitchens. Excellent products. 100% recommended.

I had issues with a shower head a bought. I called emailed their response Im busy sending orders out did have time to send out to technician. Customer support is rude and not supportive. The sales reps very nice and attentive. Honestly I would stay away from this company not supportive if you have any issues. For the price you pay I expect better customer support. Do not buy!

I cant describe how terrible their products are. I begin to explain that their products need all your plumbing to be redone, it does not fit any of the us standard plumbing. They dont have instructions on how to be be done and their stuff cant explain it either. Their prices are over the roof and the change of plumbing is expensive. Is not worth it at all, the quality is cheap. You are better off doing ikea

Very modern and attractive products but all garbage! We bought a fixer upper over a year ago and decided to go with a modern look so we purchased a couple of things from this company (sink, faucet, toilet, & towel rack) and literally had problems with all of them. To start off the sink had horrible scratches only after 1 or 2 days of using it. The faucet switch/button you would have to press really hard and for a while to switch from the spray setting to regular water and would have both coming out at the same time until it eventually broke completely. The toilet does not flush properly leaving waste behind so you have to flush multiple times to get rid of it completely not to mention the toilet seat cover keeps loosening up and moving around so you have to be reaching deep in the back of the toilet to adjust/tighten up the screws. Lastly the towel rack which appears to be perfect is not parallel one side is shorter than the other. I wont buy from them ever again and do not recommend them at all!

I paid $159.26 for a sink, $412.50 for a faucet, and $76.50 for a DAX SQUARE KITCHEN SINK SOAP DISPENSER, in June 2017In less than one year the fancy and expensive faucet is leaking for everywhere, and the pump of the soap dispenser does not work.When I call to DAX to claim for the defective items, they said they does not sell parts, and they can do nothing with the defective items.When I try to contact any manager the staff said they are not allowed to provide any contact information. What a shame!!!The items are very fancy, but REALLY BAD QUALITY, and DAX does not provide any solution if you have any problem with the defective items.Customers, stop buying in DAX, do not make my mistake, they are scammers and will cheat you, items super pricey and you will have problems in less than one year.You are advice!!!!!
