Where do I begin. Let me be abundantly clear...I have given a 1 star rating because there is no option for a minus star rating. A 1 week project took close to 6 months to complete. Although disappointing, I would have been okay with it had the work quality been adequate or commensurate with the OUTRAGEOUS amount of money they charged for such a small space and subpar workmanship. I ended up with work I could have matched by watching a YouTube video and perhaps my results would have been far better. I would leave on vacation for weeks at time, hoping to see progress only to find out that they didnt even show up. I mean, REALLY?! And when they had the courtesy of showing up, theyd leave my house with their urine in my toilet and my AC at 65. I feel fairly confident that they flush their toilet at home and that at no time do they have their AC set at 65. REALLY?! To top it off, I had to contract someone to repair all of the mistakes Dynamic Design & Services Inc. made. Their work wasnt done with any attention to detail. In fact, it seemed like it wasnt done with any attention at all.In the end, I didnt get what was in the drawings that were presented. I actually got less for more. Every time I asked for an update, I would be told, We are having a production meeting. I guess their production meeting was about being nonproductive.Choose them at great risk. Run Forest RUN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Dynamic Design & Services (DD&S) just fabricated and installed my kitchen, master bath & laundry room counter & backsplash. They did an amazing job! From Ivan, to Kenny (who was so helpful) to the installers everyone was awesome! The staff was also available, returned calls quickly and answered all of our questions. I appreciated that DD&S came out a few times to verify all measurements which is obviously why the tops fit like a glove. Kenny was great helping us figuring out seam placements.The installers were so good, they installed our super thin porcelain backsplash without an issues. The cuts and seams are tight and flawless. DD&S is a great company that you can not stress about when it comes to your fabrications needs. Will definitely be using DD&S for my bbq.Pics to follow soon.

Almost had to walk out. After going in, I was asked what I needed. I stated a window sil I was told they didnt do that there, which they do. I was then told we only do it if you contract us to build an entire kitchen. I then asked, so if I dont do a kitchen with your company that means I cant buy anything? Then they stated no but they only work on big orders. After asking if I should leave because clearly they didnt want my business, he stated no, let me show you our machines and what we do. While showing me thier machines, he flaunted the famous celebrities and high end clients they have done work for. It was funny to me when he said this is not to scare you but we are expensive. On that note, I said ok, thank you for your time. And left. I dont recommend this business after the way I was treated.

Where to start? We hired this company to remodel our kitchen, the day of the installation they told us we were supposed to have our own plumber and electrician disconnect the appliances and so forth, this was never communicated, and this caused a delay and further costs and aggravation.. then the measurements were incorrect, had us run around looking for tiles.. communication was extremely poor.. long story short, what was supposed to take 6 days was now going to take 3 weeks, they ended up walking away with the job unfinished.. had to hire another company to come and fix what they left in pieces. If you hire them, expect poor communication, additional cost, excessive delays and aggravation.. good luck!

Ivan and his team were very professional and walked us through every step of the transition in the remodeling of our home. The reason we went with Dynamic is that the companies production is here in Miami and Made in the USA. They did such an amazing job, that we are having them install our new bbq area and patio project.

Horrible service, I wouldnt recommend this company to my worst enemy! STAY AWAY! Stole our money, missed deadline by two weeks, and ultimately failed to deliver the service! STAY AWAY! RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL, POOR CLIENT MANAGEMENT!

The owner Ivan is very rude! He hanged the phone and said would not complete the kitchen after we complained that they have been delaying the job for over a week. Do not recommend this company or the people who work there. They are unreliable and rude.

Beware: If you can afford to be 2-3 weeks without a kitchen go with them. If not, like most of us, go somewhere else.

Dynamic is the BEST kitchen company I have ever hired. All of the installers were professional, skilled Master craftsman committed to excellence and customer satisfaction nothing less. What you see in the factory is what you get 100% commercial grade wood, the selection for kitchen designs and different materials are vast but concise to fit all of our needs. This kitchen was worth the wait. Gus, John, Micheal, all installers to include the counter top crew were awesome!!!! Cesar help me see more possibilities for our project and last but not least our designer Mariam, I interviewed 10 companies before selecting Dynamic. She was what sealed the decision, by simply adding to our vision and not taking it over. From one designer to the next Miriam has a beautiful mind and a quick eye for design. I look forward to working with her in the future.....

Responsible and honest. I had my kitchen done 2 years ago and its still looking amazing. I have recommend them to my boss and one of my customers. Both got their kitchen done with Dynamic and they were both very pleased. They are not the most economical in the industry, but I rather pay a bit more for the quality and the warranty they provide. I highly recommend them.

Im impressed with the quality and service this company does! We are not easy customer as love thinks done perfectly, but even our perfection was satisfied with this company! From start to finish in had an amazing experience working with Maria M. The company was very professional and the installation of my Ceasarstone was done with care and precision. The company came highly recommended and I would recommend their stone fabrication and installation to anyone.

Very competent and polite. They had the cabinet choice of material I wanted for a rental apartment, plywood and Formica. They also have a nice selection of wood cabinets.

Not only was I super happy with the quality of the countertops I ordered from DD&S (quartz statuario blanco in the kitchen and corian in master bath) but I also got very impressed with how fast they came back to address a minor issue while the plumbers were still there. First of all, let me start by saying that they are Not good.. they lack alot of respect the employees are very disrespectful and Unprofessional. Starting by the office from the ladies to the workers that go to your home. They smoke, drink while doing the work at your house. The office is half the time lost...the appointments get constantly changed, cancelled and delayed ALWAYS...ALWAYS..There is so much lack of work ethic. Just like many ..the jobs are left unfinished for weeks sometimes months (knobs, cabinets, color, painting overall in all aspect)...And once they actuallyyyy finish they HARASS YOU TO PAY THEM. The flow of cash is severe with this company. They barely have any cash flow to pay the employees and suppliers.how i know when I went to select my top the supplier told me details and I had to pay the supplier up front due to that they had the credit limit exceed....and were paying extremely late i was told. The ladiescannot speak ENGLISH well..and it is very difficult to get through them. As a homeowner I tell you HOME DEPOT, LOWES ARE WAYYY BETTER THAN THESE PEOPLE. Unfortunately, I am not a happy homeowner with there service. I give them zero. For the way I was treat, serviced... and harassed at the end to pay.
