I never thought I’d ever have to use one of these but last week was an eventful week for me. I needed a space to put some things and found this location on Google. Although I couldn’t find the weather controlled space I wanted here, the customer service was top notch. Yesenia was on-site and she was the most helpful, attentive and friendly person to guide me. She was diligent in helping find a space at a different location and make that reservation for me so I wouldn’t have to drive all over town and that’s what makes the difference when it comes to working with the public, going the extra mile goes a long way. So needless to say, my experience was most pleasant. I ended up going to the location at Miami Gardens where I had the space I needed and the service as also excellent. I will definitely always recommend Public Storage as the absolute best place to store your valuable things.

I rented today over at this property it was my first time renting with this company. I was assisted by the manager named Manny. He was so nice and so energetic! He definitely showed me a couple of different options and discussed pricing and etc. Overall very pleased with everything as a whole. I recommend this facility to anyone looking for storage. Morela is a gem (diamond)! This place was perfect, the location, unit size, and staff. I needed a place to temporarily store my mother-in-laws household goods (60 years of stuff) until I could take them north (between Balt. & Wash.). Move-in was easy, access was easy, move-out was easy. I did learn some things: 1) if no-one is in the office, just be patient, they are probably showing a unit to someone; 2) its a bit expensive but the property is clean, safe, and the staff was excellent. I would rate my experience a perfect 10/10! Thanks Morela!!!

Overall a very satisfying experience. I had concerns he made the process handling very clear and got everything done within 15 min. Hard not to recognize a hardworking and educated young man, great individual the best service administration by far in Hialeah. Manny attended my rental reservation and I would recommend this place and plan on using their location in the future.

I had a great experience with this Public Storage. When I went in, the manager Reyna was on duty. She was very professional and friendly. She was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions about the appropriate size storage I needed. The storage was clean, well lit and the property was well maintained, not creepy like some other places I have visited. I highly recommend this business.

Manners! I believe for a good service people need to show respect to future customers and have manners. A very common storage place in old condition. They need to improve customer service. Politeness is one of the beauty of showing respect.

The courteous and professional service was unbelievable. I reserved my unit on line and Lourdes called to confirm within an hour and explained that she would be ready to show me the unit anytime I was ready. I arrived at 1pm, she drove me to see several units and different sizes and I was finished by 1:30 pm. Excellent service, customer service and professionalism, clean units. This is the best storage I’ve been to hands down. I’ve been racially discriminated at Storages by the employees. I’ve been racially discriminated by other storage customers. But when it comes to being comfortable in a storage environment. This is the best. Clean environment. Great employees. Customer service on 10 stars. Especially Carolina. I pray that Jesus stays with this woman. I had a situation when another customer felt that because I was black that I should get kicked out for charging my phone. I just needed to make a quit call. She went and got Carolina and she helped us both with the situation. The customer was scared but she informed her I’m a good person. (I don’t know what’s her past like so I can’t judge). Theres nothing to be scared of and she also told me if I need to I can go to the office and charge my phone. Honestly. I’ve never had anyone with customer service skills as great as hers. No matter what day it is. It seems as if she’s ALWAYS happy. She really enjoys what she does. And I appreciate it. I’ve been to Storages and I’ve never been excited to run into people but with this storage. I feel like I’m walking into heaven lol. All the employees greet you with a smile. ANYTHING YOU NEED. They are there to help. Come here. Trust me, they will have you feeling like royalty.

If there would be 0 stars I will definitely give it a 0.. Gate is always broken and left open.. No storage is safe this way at all. But thats not the worst.. On Sunday morning we went to the storage to get our property from our storage and there was a car blocking the entrance and exit.. I call the customer service line and and no body has a response.. The only thing they would tell me is you have to wait until it opens is supposed to be open since 7 am.. Horrible storage..

My only complaint is that they are not as prompt in updating your account and restoring access upon payment as they are suspending access if you make a late payment. Basically, although you no longer have a balance, you still have to go during office hours and have them check your account to get in the gate, just so they can say, oh. Do not expect to have automatic access though several days may have passed since paying off your balance. Save yourself the frustration and inconvenience and wasted time. Calling ahead of time is useless as well, as they have repeatedly verified payment over the phone, and a $0 balance, and yet, did not restore access. Better off going in person before the office closes to be sure you can access your unit, especially if traveling quite a distance to get there.

I do not recommend this place. There was rodent droppings and roaches everywhere! Sure, the staff is helpful, but they need to do something about their pest control! Disgusting! Never again, next time I will do an indoor self storage if need be.
