The staff here is great, very kindhearted people, who genuinely want to help you. The prices aren’t the greatest but they’re not horrible either. One gentleman in particular, John, had the best customer service i’ve ever seen. Really nice guy who will really try his absolute best to help you out. Definitely coming back when i need tires.

All the staff here is amazing, from the front desk guys to the team in services. I got an amazing oil change done and Rigo even taught me how to know when this type of services are well done. They all took great care of me and my car. I am a client of Tire Kingdom for many years but this facility is the best! Thanks guys keep it up!

Do yourself a big favor and shop somewhere else for tires and related services. I have been patronizing this Tire Kingdom for many years. All the tires on the three vehicles in my household were bought from this store. Unfortunately, there is a new manager at this store, when I went there this past Saturday. Most of the staff helping me were very unprofessional. They blatantly lied and told me that my radiator was leaking and I needed a new one and also told me that they fixed a flat and rotated my tires, when they never touched them. I know this because the same tire went flat when I got home. Their behavior is not just unprofessional but also predatory in nature. I feel betrayed as a long - time loyal customer. If the owner reads this review, I encourage you to contact me, so that you can verify my claims, as well as see how much I have spent at your store over the years. I will be looking for a new tire store the next time I need to buy tires.

I see all the reviews about wait time. the wait time is Well worth it they tell me anything wrong with the vehicle and service it correctly.

This place has the best service i’ve ever had! I really enjoyed Jhonny’s service in particular, he is a great mechanic, he did my tires, gave me an oil change, topped off all my fluids and everything was done under an hour. I barely know how to put in my own gas, therefore i know nothing about my car and he explained everything i needed to know, hands down the only place i’ll go to for every car need. Ive brought two vehicles in for alignment and one for new tires Very satisfied, they do go work installing tires, stand behind their work as well. Definitely recommend Tire Kingdom for service. They are busy so you might have to leave your vehicle. Theyre friendly, hard working, courteous, well worth it.

Quality service not here!!! Went for a brake fluid exchange very miss leading lack of equipment to do quality service work. Remove and fill fluid I can pay a BUM to do that! Very good place. I went for a tire rotation and they detect another problem with my tires and they fixed it. I am very pleased to go there. I will continue working with them. The manager is very good and the rest of staff are excellent. My only advice for this tire kingdom and anothers, please, try to call the client if the job with take more time than expected initially. While the office staff and manager were nice, the young kids working in the shop were careless. Watched them knock my wheels around, luckily they are stock rims. Ended with a small scratch above a rear wheel well, and the kid who pulled my car out decided to floor it and squeal my tires. Not happy. Do not recommend this location.

I had an appointment at 12:30. I was told that it would be an hour and a half. No updates when asked, just that they would get to me next. Its almost as if having an appointment doesnt even matter. I only needed one tire but had opted for 2 as I had already replaced my other 2 tires. A complete waste of my time.

Do yourself a favor and make an appointment. Im only assuming the service is quicker if you have an appointment. These guys had me sit in there lobby waiting for my car for 6 hours with no update on the progress. After about 4 hours of waiting I found out no one had actually touched the vehicle. With the number of guys you have working in the shop, you pretty much know how many customers you can service for the day. If people with appointments already fill up the schedule please dont take walk-ins. You guys are just wasting peoples time and giving yourselves a bad reputation by doing so. I wouldve appreciated it if youd simply told me were fully booked for the day I cant take walk-ins at the moment.My recommendation for this place is to simply tell people to make an appointment.

Front counter employee male skinny with beard have me waiting for 20 minutes typing looking at register and still he wasnt letting me know what was my status on the tire service i need it ...2 more coatumers waiting inline behind me ..i dont know if it was training and need it more training with someone nexts to him...i decide to leave the building without telling him im leaving due he was taking to long..bad experience i wouldnt recommend this place for tire services

Scheduling your appointment online is useless. Expect them to take 2-3 hours do your oil change while you sit and watch them laugh in the reception area. Do not come here unless you’re willing to spend the whole day.

Went there last week, excellent service.

I have been coming here for years. And today was one for the books. I had an appointment. Got there on time. Then waited 2 hours patiently thinking someone was working on my car ... to find out no one did anything. In fact it took them 2 hours to tell me no one could change my oil because it was leaking... the issue is not that I have an oil leak... i can take my car to the mechanic and fix it....its that I wasted all my time. Why make an appointment if it takes 2 hours for someone to see your car. Im am so upset! And the person who helped me said he was low on guys. That is not my problem. Dont take cars you cant service in a timely manner. Dont take appointments if it means nothing. Dont waste peoples time!!! I will not go back to this location. Period! I have moved and still stayed loyal even though it is no longer close to my home. Forget that. They lost me forever! Disappointed and terrible customer service!

Poor service. After being here In line for close to 15 min, both representatives who were attending guest left and said someone would be with me in a few minutes. I can see through the glass to the workshop that multiple employees are not working at the moment. I would give 0 stars but it’s not possible.

Had an appointment to have my tire repaired because of a puncture. Got there early, waited for the rude front desk guy. When he gets there, he told me he needed to look at my wheels to see if he can fix it. We go to look at them, he doesn’t even look at the tire that needs to be fixed for like half a second and told me they couldn’t do it. Went down the street to a tire shop, and got it repaired with no issues. 10k miles later and a rotation, no issues whatsoever. Never going back to that tire kingdom.

Its no point to make a appointment I made a appointment for 11:30am and it’s going on 1 and they still didn’t touch my car I only need1 tire just 1 and now it’s going on 3pm and we just now getting done

If i could leave this place 0 stars i would. I got to tire kingdom at 10:40 AM for an oil change, waited in the shop for 2 hours thinking that they were doing something with my car. Around 1pm I was told that they couldnt do anything to my car because I had an oil leak. It took them two hours for them to inform me that they couldnt do anything and I only found out because I asked them what was good. How much longer would it have took them to inform me? Awful service. They could have called but nope. They just wanted to waste my time. DO NOT GO TO TIRE KINGDOM THEY ARE NOT HIRING COMPETENT STAFF.

I set an appointment & paid 1 week in advance for 8am to be first in line to have 2 tires put on. I was the only scheduled appointment for that time and they open at 8. So logically I should have been taken care of then and on my way. They did not even look at my car until 10! No reason given and a few walkins with more complicated service were in and out faster than me. Extremely poor customer service and time management. I would not recommend this location.

Second excuse Tomorrow morning you will be the first one, third( at 12:30pm) Sorry i only have two guys working and they working on two other cars and Fourth excuse( at 03:40pm), i asked for a discount, next time you come we give you 10% the same 10% you get anyway on the print out paper. My answer Im not coming back!! This Is BS !! I WONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO KNOW ONE !!Btw i paid in full (at 02:10pm)ahead so no excuses!!

Like many reviews below, if I can rate 0 stars I would. The person that changed my oil forgot to replace the o-ring and my oil leaked out completely. Thankfully, I went to a mechanic within 3 days of hearing a noise. My car could have had serious damage had I not gone to a mechanic right away. This is very unacceptable. I trusted them with my car and they seriously let me down. Obviously I will never go there again. Please be warned and go somewhere you trust. I will say, the manager that helped me at the front desk was very nice and I have no complaints about him.
