I got my tired fixed today but I had other jobs done. They have reasonable prices and the work is done efficient.

I caught a flat and went here to change it. Within 20 mins that same tire was flat. I went back and they were closed. I wouldnt recommend anybody come here they dont have good service and they speak poorly

Guy charged me 25$ just to replace my flat tire for a tire I broght from home

Dishonest mechanics at this business. Came here after I read OBD codes saying cylinder misfire and wanted them to further evaluate it. They told me they had run a compression test and I would need several engine parts replaced which would cost me $2525 not including tax. I assumed that they checked the spark plugs ($7-8 a piece for the best kind) if they actually ran the proper diagnostics, since those are common causes of misfire. I checked my dash cam footage and they had only opened the hood but never touched the inside of the car. THEY NEVER EVEN TOUCHED ANYTHING UNDER THE HOOD! Yet they told me that I had all these engine parts that I needed replaced and quoted me an outrageous repair cost and a repair that would take several days. I was infuriated because I almost considered just selling my car after being lied to. I came back showing the video evidence and demanded my money back. Nick had the decency to return it. Other than for an oil change, I would advise anyone seeking diagnostics and repairs to avoid this place. I dont think Nick was trying to deceive me, but his mechanics were.

If I could give they 0 star I would do it, the worst Garage Service ever, they charged almost $900 for repair my car Air condition and after 3 day it broken again, it doesnt cold any more, when I take the car back, they wanted to charge me $800 more. I was no able to pay that and I lost my first $900. Get away from this place they are bad people doesnt care about anything and are very unprofessional

Really great place for honest and fairly priced service.Definitely worth going to for any mechanical check up or issue.They fixed my entire rack and pinion, which has a lot of damage in an accident, replaced a control arm, and aligned my car.My car drives better than when I bought it used.Im grateful for all their help and highly recommend Nicks Auto Center for any German manufactured car

The gentlemen here are very kind, honest, and fair. I get skeptical of going to mechanics, being a woman, there are many places that will try to take advantage and get the most money out of you. These guys worked quickly on my car and gave me the fairest price I had heard out of 5 different shops. Highly recommend :)

I was there to change a tire, I called before I when and Nick told me a used tire for $35, I told Nick I will be there at my lunch time . I got there and I told Nick the I need a used tire . They put a new tire and he ask me for $75 dollars I explained him I told you I need a used tire .They told me the do not have any used tire so I explained to Nick to just fix my tire, after he was done he told me the was $35 Really . Don’t go to this place he will told you one price and then try to change you for something else .

Nicks Auto is the best! Ive been going there since my first car, at least 7 years now, and every experience has been amazing! I really appreciate the one-on-one customer service and I love the idea that Ive supported a local business that took the time to make sure that my car is safe to drive.

Worst shop you could ever go to!! They don’t care about what your problem is and over charge for everything. I purchased a supposedly “New” alternator back on 10/17/2017 only to have my check charging system light come back on 6 months later. I took it to a different mechanic just to get a second opinion to have them tell me the alternator isn’t charging the battery. Of course I go back today on 06/02/2018 to have the owner tell me that warranty is only for six months. What kind of bull is that, you make someone pay $354.17 for an alternator for it not to be working a few months later. WORST SHOP IN ALL OF MIAMI!! Trust me save your money and search the top mechanics in your area. Stay away from this place YOU WILL REGRET IT!!! Oh and not to mention that no one speaks English there, basically a bunch of illegal Cuban immigrants that just got here a couple days ago it seems.

I have known Nick for over 30 years, he has been my mechanic for the same period of time. He has had several places of business and I have always gone to those businesses. He is very honest and trustworthy, if I had a problem with my vehicle after a repair from him he would correct the problem at no additional charge. I went for a tire change... ok everything was fine at first. But my car started shaking. Took it back. The old man said we need to balance it... ok let’s do it. “Oh not today my machine is broken, come back tomorrow “. That turned into a week. Going back everyday and given the same answer. Broke. Machine! And when i said I’ve been coming back everyday he says to me well what do you want me to do!! Um, i don’t know, get your machine fixed when you said it would. Yeah never going back. Now i have to pay a professional to get it fixed.

I took my Mini Cooper here to have it repaired. A few months later, my car broke down again over the same problem. According to the dealer, my car was incorrectly diagnosed in the first repair, causing my car to break down again. I took it back to have them fix THEIR mistake. These people couldnt even figure out how to repair my car, which is very ironic because they are “educated” in repairing European cars (their sign even has the BMW and Porsche logo on it), yet the mechanic looked like an idiot starring at my car not knowing how to repair it.In the end, my car was not fixed. I asked for it back to take it to the dealer ship to have it repaired by people WHO KNOW WHAT THEIR DOING. These people need to stick to oil and tire changes. Nothing too complicated that will hurt their brain in the process.These people even had the nerve to switch out my battery with a dead battery. Who knows what other parts they removed off my car without my authorization.I will definitely be placing a complaint with the BBB.**DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE SCAMMED*

Today 11/ 6/ 18 took in my vehicle for a break pad change and oil change was out in 1 hour. Dont know why alot of negative, ive been going to nicks auto for the past 20 years. The best. Prices are great, Nick is a great man. Thank you.

No diagnostic work done. Horrible service. Gave a guideline to what was needed to be fixed and looked at, called the next day to see when my car would be ready and the person I spoke to said it had been ready since the day before but no one notified me. Went to get my car and I was told they were going to start working on the car now. So I demanded my car back and left. Definitely if you are a female dont go alone. They dont take you serious and feel like you dont know anything. Always bring a male whether its your father, brother or significant other. Also when I got my car back it was on e. They are scam artist and I will definitely be reporting them to the BBB. If I would not have known the way my car feels when driving it they would have taken my money without fixing anything fortunately I took my dad with me after telling him what was going on.

Brang my car in for an oil change. They ended my trying to sell me tires. Got ripped off and they didnt have two tires the same size so they gave me two different sizes. The tire ended up falling off. Dont go here.

My boss told me about this shop a few years back when my car broke down. Had it towed there and it was fixed by the next day.Quick, professional, and decently priced. Ive been going back ever since.

I went to replace the TPMS. They gave good price, but took forever and they forgot to reset the TPMS light. So I went back after a week to turn off the light and the only thing they thought about was to check the tire pressure. When they were sure it wasnt about tire pressure, they had me there for hours waiting for a computer to reset the sensor and nothing. After a couple of hours of being there with no one telling me anything, I left and they didnt even notice. Their customer service sucks and they are not very technology savvy. Im sure you can go somewhere else to find good service for the same prices

So my tire had a nail which i couldve plugged my self but i wanted a patch so i went to this shop thinking they could but he just put a plug without telling me it was going to cost me $15 for 5 min labor and 1 plug so i insisted on paying ten and he wouldnt budge how you goin to just plug my tire without telling me how much its going to cost and boss man says thats how things go

*** STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! *** They will tell you one thing on the phone and when you arrive they tell you oh and btw we had to change this that and the other, that was last Saturday. I broke down 3 days later ??? while putting gas and when the Mechanic there prepares to jump start my car I was in shock to find out he TOOK OUT my BATTERY that I bought 6 months ago and switched it for an OLD BATTERY! Also their prices change depending on the mood of the owner and his obnoxious wife.The I asked how much for brake pads he quoted me $240. I went to 3 other places within a 2 mile radius and was quoted $90 from each. It was then I realized he has been price gauging me for a few years! Its plain to see he doesnt appreciate loyal customers! STAY STAY STAY AWAY FROM THERE!!!

The owner/ main mechanic did a lot of work to my car which he was not authorized to do. When I got the bill I was shocked. I would not have authorized it.

I wrote a review years ago about this shop, it is still my go to when it comes to spending the big bucks. You dont want just anyone messing with the insides of your vehicle which you use to transport your self and loved ones, you want to go somewhere where you ANDY your car will be taken care of. Its sad to say that most people are in the business for the money, and the point of a business is money but there are many aspects to running a good business...Nicks auto shop has never failed me, professional service at a price much more reasonable that your other mechanics. They are very prompt and timely about the services they provide, any time Ive had a little situation or a big situation happen with my car ive brought it to nick, from flat tires, brakes, new engines, headlights, you name it.I could go on about this place, but lastly I have to add that if you have an hour to kill while your car is being serviced there is an amazing selection of food and drinks, right behind nicks is Los perros, los Magueyes, the bend (if you want delicious alcoholic drinks in a pretty nice bar, youd be surprised), across the street you have shimas japanese and green Papaya, if youre in the mood for japanese or Vietnamese food...sooooo next time you need to take care of your car, take care of yourself too and come to nicks !:)

They sold me a tire to later find that they placed the wrong size tire, when I returned, they wouldnt replace or offer a refund of any kind. They hire mechanics that are immigrants with little knowledge. Dont do business with them! You will regret it later.
