I was wandering around trying to find a good place where I could do my oil change and find a good mechanic. I thought this place was going to be just like the few stops I made before. (Not friendly, not professional, and would try to charge the life out of me) NOT THE CASE! These people are so professional, friendly, attentive service, really surprised. The prices are GOOD! For hard working people like us. Oil change was way cheaper than most places and I also have an issue with my AC. I was going to do the computer check since my ac is not cooling instead desired to leave but, I was so satisfied with the service I had to make a U-turn! They are running the diagnostics and charged me half of what the other shops were trying to charge me. If you’re changing your oil, on a BMW it’s $120. $11 per quart. jiffy lube offers it for $60, Walmart on Okechobee will do it for $50. Jimmy lube is expensive, you’d think a family owned business would be reasonable. Even if you have a BMW ** bringing the oil and the oil filter ** they’ll charge you whatever they want to make sure they get at least $50. For that I would have done everything with Walmart and saved $40 on oil and filter, definitely not coming here again. Go somewhere else, se aprovechan. Ask and make things clear because they’ll squeeze you.*Se aprovechan.*

I came 4 days ago to this auto shop because my mom recommended it to me. We serviced our cars and they did a really good job. Today I took my grandmothers car for service and a tire rotation and everything went fine as well. When I got out I noticed there was a problem with the front left tire. I took it back and without hesitation the crew helped me get the problem fixed. No only good service but exceptional costumer service as well. Thank you. Maria the owner and her family are honest people and have been giving me and my cars great service throughout the years. Its very rare to find this kind of attention and customer service this day in age and I recommend this place to anyone. Even if you live farther away, its still worth the trip.

They are a local car repair family owned honest Business unlike other car repair businesses. If they tell you something is wrong with your vehicle, you can rest assured that what they tell you is the truth. Been going to them since the sixties when their parents opened. Now their daughter is running, the shop. Still same integrity, and honesty. Went down there Christmas week and had them fix what was wrong with my car. I made a 5 hour drive from Citrus county for them. That should tell you how much I trust them to work on my car.

Good service and fair prices

If there was a 0 star option I would use it. They are scamming rats. They will give you a price and then end up with a different price. Takes them DAYS to figure out whats wrong with the car and they pretty much take your car hostage by making you leave it overnight day after day for as long as theyre taking to figure out the problem. Oh and by the way, if you want to take your car out because youre desperate of waiting days for them to figure things out they will charge you for taking your car out of the shop before they have even found a solution to the problem.

My mom has been coming here for years! I have been here a couple of times already and I will most certainly keep coming back. They are not only knowledgeable about mechanics & cars but the staff here is excellent in customer service. They are very thorough and take the time to listen to each customers needs and do an excellent job explaining how and what they will do before charging you. You know what to expect and can trust they will get the job done right. So thankful we have gotten the chance to do business here!

Ive been doing my oil changes here for about 3 years. They are always very fast, polite, respectful, and kind. The last time I was in there I told them it was possible that they might have to change my air filter, which would have meant they would have charged me an extra $35, but when I went to pay for it they said my air filter was fine and they didnt have to change it. I was extremely impressed by this because any other place would have changed it JUST for the sake of charging me. I wont ever go any place else!

When my family and I moved to Hialeah in 1996, they were the only mechanics my mom ever went to and still only goes to!Even now that Im married my husband and I continue to go to them. They have great competitive prices, friendly customer service and highly professional mechanics. For us they are part of our family and I may be flustered sometimes when I see them (because of car problems), but at least I know Im supporting a small family business and I will find the help we need! 💜

Worst place to go fix your car if you want to get ripped off then this is a perfect place to go the mechanic they look like they dont know nothing they will give you different diagnose they dont know nothing about AC work if you have any AC problem please do not take your car there . Haha. Peoples reviews are funny to read. Most are just a misunderstanding. This dude talking about a gas tank being 500. Im sure it wasnt the gas tank alone. It was the gas tank PLUS labor and taxes. Another comment, most of the time when one part goes bad on your car so will others, they all have the same years and miles worn on them. Another one, advanced auto parts might check and tell you the code to your check engine light for free how ever they are not mechanics. You will be misled 90% of the time. They cant even recommend the right oil for your car. My car takes conventional oil and they wanted to sell me Mobil 1, LOLRED ROAD TIRE & AUTO CENTER may possibly be the best shop in Hialeah. Proud to say its where Ive been servicing my car since the very first day I started driving.

I would give them 0 star worse service ever. They tell you a price and then they tell you another price higher of course. Zero customer service dont take your car here you will leave disappointed.

Red road tires has the worst customer service i went there for a rountine oil change and ended up replacing my oil sensor the part they say they put on was a lie they never change it i went back to red road tires to try to get the issue resolved the customer service there was horrible i would never go back there i feel that BECAUSE iam a lady they took advantage of the situation .i wouldnt recommend this shop to no one.
